Cables should be plug and play. This one is not. It requires downloading software without good explanation. Then it requires enabling and modifying developer settings. Then my iPad displayed “Trust this computer?” Computer? What computer? Clearly there is a chip in the cable. Checked on the web and found that some users started getting much more spam after installing the software. Yikes! Threw the cable in the trash and uninstalled the software. Hope nothing bad was left hidden on my iPad. Do not buy!

Read the fine print. This will not allow you to play Netflix or Hulu. You can use the cable to stream things from your phone for sure. It did play YouTube just fine. I didn’t read the fine print so my dissatisfaction is all my fault. The product appears very well-made and seems to perform exactly as advertised.

the cable looks like it's well made. I bought trying to play video off my iphone on a dvd player on Honda Odysee (2015). At least it doesn't work for me. Not sure if the cable is defective or not. The video was playing fine on the iphone; however, as soon as I connect it to the car, the video was black out. It might be Apple who's blacking out the video (we all know it about Apple). The fact is, it doesn't work for my intent so i guess i have to return it.

Cords are very sensitive. May not have a good connection without moving the cords a little

I did not get what they showed in the picture! However what they sent worked the same for what I wanted. I don’t like being mislead by the pictures!! I was Expecting orange cords. And got this weird little thing. But it works. I was Expecting a long reach because of their Description! And again the hole thing is no longer then 6”... you plug your HDMI into it & your phone. It works. BUT I must say that it’s misleading details and pictures! I have to place my call right under my tv to use it. And I was hoping for a cable long enough to sit on my couch with my phone in my hand. Misleading Description!Product does work for what I wanted.I watch the supercross and Motocross races on my tv with Excellent picture quality depending on your cell phone service. So overall satisfied.

The cable does mirror my iPhones screen but not at a decent refresh or at 1080p. I was also unable to get any audio to go through my tv. Seems like most of the reviews are for another sets of items entirely or fake.

Worked the first few times, was using so I could do my workout videos from my TV instead of my tiny phone (iPhone XR), now all that happens is “do you trust this device” (then must put in passcode to my device) and then a black screen with a funky QR code on the TV. This did not happen before, when it worked. Waste of money, pisses me off. I didn’t scan the QR code and won’t after seeing other reviews. Also, how is it that when I purchased it, and now, it was over 4 stars and now that I’m looking through description, it’s 2.3 stars down below. The pictures aren’t there anymore either and it said it will arrive used in damaged packaging! WTH? Boooooooooooo5 stars for “value for money” cuz it’s obviously worth the low price paid, which is garbage.

I returned mine because there is a big delay in the audio compared to the video. This happened with youtube and iphone video.
