Not leather but pleather
First and foremost this product is polyurethane (pleather). So who at Amazon monitors listings for blatant misuse? I will add that the material is identified as polyurethane in the specification section, which takes some scrolling to find. I expect this to last for for only a season or two. I will use because I could not find one of this style that was genuine leather on Amazon.

Great case. I've been using a pancake lens that ends up making the case look and feel bulky. Sometimes the front cover can get in the way of the lens too.
