ENNSUN Multi-Purpose Stainless Steel Bench Scraper Chopper, Pizza Dough Scraper & Chopper & Cutter with Good Grip Handle

I bought this to help me knead sourdough and now I use it to cut dough for all sorts of baked items (like croissant and pizza dough). It does a great job of scraping bits and pieces off the counter to create a clean surface without using a sponge, soap and water. Delightful to hold and satisfying to cut and clean with. The ruler markings are very helpful too!

Much more heavy-duty than I was expecting. It has a handy measuring scale on both the short and the long side and the beveled blades are great to be able to get under a flat piecrust and pick it up without it falling apart. I haven’t used it for chopping yet but it looks like it would work really well. Super easy cleanup. A great buy!

I decided I really need one of these because I keep seeing it on all the cooking shows and let me tell you this thing is sturdy I love the measurements on it. It was a cinch to clean and it worked awesome when I was making pizza dough it cut through it better than a knife

I haven't used mine yet but they do have sharp cutting edges. If thats what you need these are good and a very good weight. Not flimsy or bendable!

Before I purchased this, it was hard to cut the sticky flour. This helps me a lot. I like it

The bench scraper is sturdy, cuts dough well, and scrapes food in large amounts easily. It cleans up nicely.
