Effective!
I had injured my foot jumping rope. It hurt for months. I never felt like I could really get deep into my foot to massage the source of the problem. I stumbled across this and gave it a try. It was very effective! I know it seems to be the same concept as a tennis ball but the track is very helpful in helping you target a specific area. It also comes with two balls; one you can place in the freezer so you have both a freezing cold and room temperature ball to use.

Works great!
I've gotten plantar fasciitis in the past and it took a very long time for it to finally heal. It was doing fine for about a year when it started to flare up again. I saw this and thought I would give it a try. It worked great. I used as instructed and the plantar fasciitis went away within a week. I use it every morning for about 20 seconds on each foot before I get out of the bed for maintenance.

This has helped my spur in one of my heels so much!
If you use it consistently it will help if you have spurs. I did it for about two months every morning and night and sometimes after hitting the gym. Before this I would feel so much pain even after not being on my feet for a while. this is helping so much, I still need to keep using it at least once a day but I really noticed a difference in pain right after the first week of use.

The track is helpful.
I like the track, it's helpful so I can get all the right places on my foot. I couldn't get the side I needed without it. Great tool. I haven't tried cooling it, but it's real rock, so it would work.

Design
It does an ok job. It could have bigger balls and a longer base. It is a bit pricey (imo) I have bought several foot message in past few months. This so far has been the least effective and the biggest cost.

Good but Tray should be longer
Couldn’t wait to open this. Stuck 1 ball into freezer right away. After an hour, took out to use and really like the cold therapy. Looking forward to using it tomorrow after having ball in freezer over night. Will update after a few days of use.Wish tray was longer because strokes is too short with current tray. Also wish this came with 2 trays for dual simultaneous use.
