Dimensions Owl Ornament Felt Applique Kit, Multi-Colour

Would recomment this, the only drawbacks - it was a craft for my 9 year old, and the dirctions were very vague. We made it work with my helping her. The wings of the owl, according to the istructions are attached at the top and bottom, we attached completely as that seemed more secure.

This little owl is adorable, but took hours to complete. The directions are practically non-existent, very frustrating. Came out cute, but not worth my time to figure out, and I've been sewing for over 30 years! Stay away unless you are experienced, my daughter walked away from it, she was beyond excited to do these ornaments from Dimensions for Christmas.

Purchased this crafty item as a gift for a friend in another state. Have not heard if it was easy to assemble, or if the kit and directions were complete. Item was delivered as promised.

Says handmade, but it doesn't say I will be the one hand making it... :(

I liked this product but it took a bit of effort to complete. Still, it was a lot of fun.

This was an awesome fix for a quick "hand made" ornament. It was easy to assemble with comprehensive directions and more than enough thread. I made a pattern of the original, so I can duplicate it in the future.

Bought this to try an easy project and I thought the directions were great and the outcome looked just like the picture. Love it!

This is more challenging than it looks. It took me about 5 hours and plus ironing. I am an experienced crafter. I would purchase more in the series if they become available. I found the price a two little too high for what it was. Could be because there were two different fabrics to work with. For the price one would expect two owls not one. I had to be creative with the stitches as well. Despite all this I would still give it a 4/5.
