How to use this paste, and much to use?

You need to clean the surface of your cpu and the metal core of your fan which touches the CPU, apply some amount on the cpu after you put that in the socket and lock it and the apply some to the copper core of your cpu fan not much though and then carefully put the fan assembly and plug it this will help reduce the temperature for at least 10 to 15 degrees. Hope this helps
