Love it, helps me to drift off and stay asleep longer! Recommend!

I am an undiagnosed insomniac, it takes me at LEAST two hours until I’ve “fallen asleep”. Even then, the sleep isn’t good quality and it feels like I’ve only slept for a few hours. I’m trying to reset my circadian rhythm from being a night owl, which I naturally am, to a 5 am gym-goer. Melatonin pills, gummies, magnesium, etc. never worked for me much. I’ve tried Zzquil and other liquid sleep aids and those were horrible and made me feel groggy. But this! This is the one! I thought I was somehow immune to sleep aids and melatonin and built up a strong resistance. The proprietary blend they have for this aid is amazing and it works for someone like me. I was asleep within 1 hour! That never happens to me! Now all I have to do is use my blue light blocking gasses, screens, keep the room dark, etc. and I should fall asleep a lot faster next time. I also don’t feel groggy whatsoever. This products is so good the first thing I did is write a review for it because I’m amazed that I woke up at 5 am (2 hours before my weekend alarm), naturally! I will update in a few weeks if this gives me good sleep each night.

I feel like this supplement has helped me with getting to sleep faster. So that’s why I give it 4 stars. The only thing wrong with it is the taste. It’s awful. Some say it’s too sweet and I don’t taste any sweetness. I have to drink a little water right after I have my dose to just get rid of the taste. Otherwise, it works so, depending on how much it works by the time I have an empty bottle, I’d buy it again.

I've tried all sorts of melatonin products in the past with no luck. Really had no intention of buying this but as I was looking at E2H chlorophyll product this one suggested as a bundle product. I figured it was worth a shot. I haven't had more than 3 hrs sleep in a row for years. With a dropper of these drops I am able to doze off for periods of time. I use less than stated not only to save product if its not needed but also to be able to increase dosage if needed in the future. The taste is sweet and flowery quite tasty. I always try to go with liquid versions of supplements because they work faster. This isn't the cheapest product out there but for those desperate for some restful sleep its worth a try. Only had it a few nights and hoping I will continue to benefit.

I'd love to buy this product again--it really does help me fall asleep and stay asleep--but the taste! Oh my gawd, it's awful, like eating some flowery soap. If that kind of thing doesn't bother you, and you want an easy night's sleep, then I recommend it highly.

If you have issues falling asleep and resting your mind, this is the stuff for you. I’ve always had issues getting good sleep and actually shutting down my brain when I’m sleeping. This natural made liquid melatonin has definitely helped “my for so many years” sleeping disorder. Everyone I’ve recommended this to has also continued to buy this product. The best part about it is that you don’t wake up groggy, you’re actually energized and happy to go to work. Not even making this up!

This product is awful. It doesn't work at all! I'm going back to my old concoction: 5 mg CBD pill, 2.5 CBN liquid, 2 ZZZQuils pills, and 2 Magnesium with Pre and Probiotics. Those together work like a charm. Problem: I can't even return this worthless expensive liquid E2H

I have trouble shutting my brain down at night. This product helps me ease into sleep without hitting me in the head like a hammer. I read a lot in the evenings before I go to sleep. It is easy for me to read past the time I want to go to sleep because I get caught in an exciting part of the story or an interesting bit of knowledge I want to keep exploring. With two (2) droppers full of this solution about 45 min before I am ready to go to sleep, I will start to drift off and slowly start to lose focus on what I'm reading. It's not strong enough to knock me out, but it's enough to push me to stop reading and ready myself for sleep. Usually, after that, I'm asleep in 5-10 min. It isn't an absolute solution. I've taken it and stayed up half the night before if I had something I was really focused on or I ended up not laying down, or I had to get up. It doesn't make me sleepy as much as it makes me a bit drowsy if I'm lying down. I've been using this for over a year and will continue to use it as a part of my nightly routine.
