It does not work on MAC. But you must purchase and attempt download to discover this. Would be nice to know before purchasing since this was a primary reason for selecting this device.

What is the diameter of the mouth piece ? can a disposable mouth piece fit on it ?

The mouthpiece has an outside diameter of 1.210 inches, and an inside diameter 0.985 inches. The flow meter kit I received came with three mouthpieces; one blue, one green and one purple. The manual has instructions for cleaning the mouthpiece after each use.

What is the highest reading fpr the microlife?

One reading seems never to exceed 100 and hovers near 60 and the other never exceeds 1.0 and hovers near .8 for me.

Does this product include the factory analysis USB cable?

Obsolete USB? Yes. But no USB to USB-C adapter.
