Be Careful on Size
TL;DR and DIY hack at the bottomI'm mildly dissapointed by this product. I got it because it was the only horizontal pouch that could hold a knife and a flash light from what I found. The construction is good but the design has some flaws. The pen and flash light pouches really should be more expandable. The flash light pouch is just big enough to hold my Streamlight ProTac 1AA but not big enough to easily insert, especially from the belt. The pen pouch is very small and can only hold very thin and simple pens (so nothing nice like a Pilot G2) and absolutely nothing with a grip pad. I happen to own a Magalite Mini which is pictured so it will do well enough for when I'm working so that I won't lose my knife or flash light because of the pocket clips.TL;DR, if you're actually an EMT and only need it to carry a simple pen and a penlight then it's great. Raine should update the design of the pouch in order to accommodate a wider variety of EDC equipmentI cut a piece of plastic (like from retail packaging) and essentially made a poor man's kydex insert. It stiffens the pouch and holds my Steamlight Prozac 1AA perfectly. Probably the best light for this pouch with this trick

Great product for a great price
Works perfect and absolutely makes the day easier. I personally have it attached to my radio strap a little lower then my nipple line and it is comfortable all day. I have been using it for weeks and never once had anything accidentally fall out no matter what the call was.

Great product
Exactly as shown in the picture. Instead a mag lite you can easily put in a regular penlight. Seems to be good quality material with adjustable velcro belt loops which shouldn't have to be adjusted to fit most belts. Can fit 2 pairs of shears one large and one small or use the small pocket for extra gloves or other small items. Would buy again

It'll do
I just received the holder. It seems like it will be ok, but it's not exactly the best design. The scissors/trauma sheers slide in a "back portion", but the wide velcro strap that holds it in place secures on the body-side of the item, making it a little difficult to pull them out if needed quickly. It appears that the velcro strap is more for wearing this vertically and foregoing the sheers. If you do want to wear horizontally and use the scissors potion for trauma sheers, it will not safely hold 7.5 inch sheers. I have my 5.5 there and they are slightly loose. The pen holder is extremely tight, thus will not hold a pen with any sort of grip. The mini-mag holder is holding my penlight and another pen, and the strap that is suppose to secure over the top of the minimag or whatever seems to be in the way a little. The knife holder is a little big for my use but I can stash a pair of gloves there. All in all, I am hoping that it will work ok for my use.

Great product
I'm a paramedic for the past 36 years and go through a lot of gear. This rides on the outside of my first in bag so back up instruments are right at hand. Nothing falls out, and it doesn't get hung up. Right now it holds trauma shears, a Buck folding hunter, a 5.11 penlight and a sharpie. I carried one on my belt for years. It's a fantastic product and is really easy to work with. You can do a lot worse than this or their large emt/tool & tac light pouch.

Rough around the edges
Not the most refined belt pouch. It's construction seems durable enough, though the velcro seems extremely loose, and is not nearly as dense as many higher quality pouches or actual Velcro brand fasteners. The edges of the belt loops are especially rough and jagged, and tend to poke into the skin. The outer two pen sleeves are also pretty small; I would have preferred getting rid of one of them and widening the second. The biggest issue is that the belt loops do not compress well, and the entire pouch tends to slide back and forth on the belt. All in all a so-so pouch, at least for the purpose of concealed/civilian everyday carry.

Perfect for my needs, light and pen pouch a bit small
I use this at work as a firefighter. Holds a mini mag size light (I use an energizer led model), Gerber Crucial multitool, and my shears. The light holder will not hold anything wider than a mini mag size light. The pen holder is too small for a sharpie.

Needs up dating
Overall, this product is constructed well and will work as described. I would recommend that the company look into a update for the flashlight holder. Its currently designed for the older style MAG light, which is old technology. Needs to be designed for today's brighter LED lights.

Good for the EMS essentials
Raptors fit securely and easy to access by running the velcro through the scissors.Knife pouch holds a small Leatherman skeletool very discreetly(sharp things within reach in a confined space with an agitated patient can turn out badly)ThorFire led penlight fits with room to spare, but it's not going to fall out

Too damm tight. Just barley works.
This product does the job of holding1x AA mag lite pro1x SOG multitool1x Shears.0x Pen/SharpieUpdate:So I have used this for a 3 months now. Here is a situation. The Velcro that holds the multitool slides to one side and allows the tool to fall off.The flashlight elastic is now too tight to use and is now in secured.I do a lot of rigging so I cannot allow things to fall even once———This was just about to be a deal breaker. But I’ll make do.The issued is that the quality is of woven nylon and cannot stretch, I have just tightly fit in my SOG and maglite. Only just and only in one specific direction. The quality of the product must have more elasticity!!!
