What a Deal!!
First imagine the guy on the cover walking on the street. Sexy? Attractive? No and no. The reason to do as Morgan recommends might be to "fix forward head posture, rounded shoulders, and hunched back posture" (and in so doing to avoid back pain) for 5% of the adult population. For the other 95% of us, avoiding back pain is a nice plus, but we want to look marvelous. As Fernando Lamas taught us all, "It is more important to look marvelous than to feel marvelous." This book will do both if you devote some time to the exercises and generally do the work (and attend to your "postural deficits").The book is written (and illustrated) in a straightforward manner. There's a minimum of mumbo jumbo. You'll enjoy reading it and you'll have no trouble getting started on the exercises. If you keep at it for a while--a few minutes a day, you'll soon be benefiting from that confident posture that gets you the promotion and the social attention we all crave. What a deal!

Really works!
I was developing rounded shoulders as I got older, and it caused many aches and pains in my neck, shoulders and down my arms. My chiropractor noticed I now had bad posture, so I bought this book and have been doing the exercises and stretches about every other night. What a relief! It is really helping, I am now almost painfree. I know that I will have to continue to do the exercises the rest of my life, but it is worth it.

Easy-to-follow steps to improve posture!
Morgan Sutherland's "Reverse Bad Posture" book offers simple - and easy to follow - exercises to help improve posture with minimal time commitment. The book's illustrations make the moves even easier to follow. It is written with good humor and the author is clearly interested in helping people feel stronger and stand tall. Highly recommended.

Takes 2+ hours to complete all exercises
The fact that there are so many exercises to cherry pick and rotate throughout the week is actually a good thing, knowing they all help with posture without getting bored.

It works
The exercises really help to relieve my chronic neck and shoulder pain, but I find that the exercises take me about 30 minutes to complete. It all depends on how many reps you do, and how fast or slow you do them. No matter how long it takes to do them, it's well worth the effort.

Kindle problem.
I cannot recommend the Kindle version of this book. I am forced to make a review of this book even though I have not completed it. The book so far is satisfactory. The fact that I must do a review on the book to be able to continue to read it is an insult and I will not buy for their kennel additions.

Five Stars
Easy to read and understand. Very informative and useful.

Duplicate of other book contents by same author
This book is just a subset of another of the authors books "fix bad posture " - so I have paid twice for the same exercises. The author should have made that clear. Very annoying.

Dvd
Needed DVD to follow exercises rather than read from book.
