3 to 1 ratio sounds great but if you only need a small amount its difficult to get the ratio right. Otherwise an ok product

It’s no surprise they don’t sell anymore. I just ruined a nice piece of figured walnut filling knotholes with this epoxy. It soaked into the wood by WILL NOT cure.

I did a practice run with this yesterday, in a very small container. I encapsulated a pine cone my 4 year old collected in Wisconsin last fall (long story but it became precious to him). It turned out well. Next time I'll be careful to clean the item better because two tiny pieces of whatever floated into the epoxy and settled. The other thing I have to perfect is getting air bubbles out so it's perfectly clear. To be honest, I was worried that this would be a messy goopy disaster (I'm cursed) but it was OK. I recommend using it outside because one spill will be....ugly. Fun so far!

Very easy to use and odorless. It also takes pigments well, as seen in these tester gold bars I made for embellishments. HOWEVER, if you live in a more humid area like I do, it may take some time for the resin to cure. I used SLIGHTLY more hardener/part B and it worked out fine for me. I also appreciate how the instructions are laid out and how theres a good amount of measuring cups, sticks, and gloves. Theres a total of ten cups, but I had already used four at the time I took the pic

Product seems to flow well and is clear... But after several hours at 80+ degrees, a 1/16" pour at 3:1 is still not curing. Will update this review tomorrow with results of 24-hour cure.UPDATE:After 24-hour cure, mixed 3:1, in over 80° temps, the epoxy is not cured and remains tacky to the touch. Very disappointed.I tried a TEST batch at 2:1 ratio, 80° temps, let cure for 2 hours and the epoxy still flows and remains wet!! So, something is obviously not right with the product I received. Will be returning it.ANOTHER UPDATE:48 hours later and the epoxy that I mixed at 3:1 is still not cured, feels like old tree sap; sticky and uncured. Very disappointed and haven't heard anything from the seller. regarding this issue. I'd recommend looking at another source at this point.

I've used other products that use a 1 to 1 ratio and have not had the results that this resin produced despite following instructions accurately. Both were poured and cured in the same work area and this product get much better results.

I paint rocks and this resin epoxy is working very well. I make sure that it is mixed well and I only put a thin layer on my rocks but it is completely dry after 24 hours.
