Creative Baking: Deco Chiffon Cake Basics Kindle Edition

I normally do not leave a negative review for a cookbook, if my opinion has nothing to do with the quality of the recipes included, however I must say that whoever decided to print the Kindle version in a way that even at full page format is impossible to read... is a sadist. It totally compromised the use of the book for me, which is too bad, it seems like a wonderful book, very detailed instructions (as I can tell from the many photos). So I hope that they fix this problem in a newer edition, which I would buy without thinking twice.

It’s not big book, but it has step by step instructions and pictures; enough to get you started and understand the magic behind these deco cakes. Also, I really appreciated the sections that went over problems you may see when you make chiffon cakes.

does not have the details on how to make the shapes cleanly. I am sure there are lots of tips that have not been explained in the book.

I just got this book and tried the basic chiffon cake recipe using 5g of vanilla essence and 43g of freshly squeezed orange juice and it tasted absolutely amazing.

Très joli livre. En anglais, mais les mesures sont exprimées en grammes ce qui est très bien. Facile à comprendre et a mettre en oeuvre. J ai réalisé un joli Koala pour les 1 ans de mon petit. Le Koala n est pas dans le bouquin, mais on peut facilement adapter certains modèles à d autres animaux. Je recommandeIl faut par contre bien maîtriser la chauffe de son four !

英語で書かれた本で読むというよりは絵本のように見るつもりで購入しました。写真を見るとだいたいの作り方は分かると思います。可愛いシフォンケーキを作りたい方の参考には良い本だと思います。
