Instantly laid flat.Is this mat thick enough for sit ups etc?Yes, I have this on top of wood flooring and I can confirm I don’t feel my bones touch the floor as I do sit up and floor work.Does this mat move on hard flooring?Not that I have noticed. I’m not doing yoga so this doesn’t effect me. But I wouldn’t say it would impact it by much.I also have concerns about the aesthetics of this mat after a period of time. Already there are small dents in mat. I don’t wear shoes but I do have a dog. So I’m not sure if marks are my small dogs claws or small holes appearing due to movement on mat from use.Hope this review helps answer some of your questions?

It is a very good quality mat and definitely value for money but I haven't even used it because it smells. I tried putting it in the washing machine, the quality is sooo good it's is okay to wash it via washing machine but it still stinks. Is there anyway I could get an exchange? Even if I have to pay for the postage.

Lovely, thick mat. It does exactly what it says it does, it’s thick, it makes exercise comfortable on your knees, spine, whatever. I will say that someone properly into yoga probably wouldn’t love this - as it’s so thick and spongey it’s quite tough go balance on one leg for example but as a novice I prefer the extra comfort the thickness allows.

I bought this product to undertake my physiotherapy exercises on. It's very comfortable to use and can stay in place on my bedroom floor. It arrived promptly and is a good reminder to do my exercises! Would definitely recommend.

It's a nice, comfortable mat with a carrying strap and I find the centre line making on the mat helpful. I've used it for Body Balance classes for a couple of weeks now without any problems. It's too soon yet to tell how durable it will be but so far so good.

Seems OK at the moment. My weight bench leaves some imprint of the mat when I use it to do weights, so I'm concerned that it may tear with regular use, but it has held up thus far! I can't complain.

I’m 190 tall. Works perfect for me. Perfect thickness - your back, knees and elbows will thank you.I’d make mat “handle” with Velcro tho, so you can make sure it’s not gonna slide out and fall on the floor, if you travel. I only use it at home, so it’s ok for me.
