No idea of correct technical answer but it was delicious anyway!

Until the transfer in the evening, the goods were kept cool throughout and are then shipped in a Styrofoam box with sufficient refrigeration. For the shipping service provider, a signature is usually required. In order to receive the delivery on a certain day, please use the express shipping with delivery on the next workday (if ordered before 1 pm).

I bought this at Christmas originally as a treat for my hosts. I was so impressed with this product and as a consequence I ordered again for my birthday in February as a treat to myself- I may offer a taste (a very small one) to my nearest and dearest.
