Yes it comes with a microphone that can be installed near the sunvisor or wherever else. I’ve installed mine on a 350z that generates a lot of road noise, but people have told me that the clarity of the calls were very clear, and sometimes people thought I was stationary in an office or at home when I was on calls which speaks to the quality of the mic.
