I’m disappointed in this book. I love the concept and the illustrations, it could be awesome! I just don’t like the fact that there is a man wearing only underwear drawn on many of the pages. Not to mention the illustrations of a man painting a naked lady and a naked man viewed from behind. I guess it’s supposed to be funny, but it’s totally unnecessary and weird. I’ll be returning the copies I purchased. Huge bummer.

Such a fun and beautifully illustrated book! I love how each alphabet has its own category. For example, b is for birds. Then there’s a list of birds starting with each alphabet. They have some pages that have are have a list of words with pictures next to it. You then have to find those pictures on the pages. My 3 year old son loved that!! This is one of my favorite books to read with him! Just get it !!!

My daughter is 3. She is a little too young for this book. But this book is amazing! The amount of detail put into it is great. We will definitely revisit when she’s a bit older. She did flip through the pages to look at the illustration but in terms of looking for the items, it was too much to get her to do as intended.We love that every two pages focused on a letter topic and then the alphabet is searched. Also liked that the items to search for listed and some even have pictures as the list, so there is variety.The amount of detail is fabulous- if you’re on the fence about getting it, get it! I primarily wanted it because my daughter is really good at finding things and I was looking at where’s Waldo books too.

Really spectacular, so much to take in! Will be the perfect book for our 4 and 6 year old on our car trip to the beach this year! I think it will keep them occupied again and again, I see something new every time I look at it. Beautifully done!

My toddler loves this book. The artwork is excellent and very creative. Lots of hidden gems and despite having it over 8 months, my toddler enjoys reading it with me and we still find new figures and tidbits.

This book is very detailed with clever, excellent illustrations. I ordered a second one.

This book is such a gem, as is it’s counting themed counterpart. The illustrations are fantastic, and so are the search and finds. Each page has layers of content, but the illustration style makes it clear to understand, even for young toddlers. My 3 year old loves this book, and I know it will grow with him as his language skills develop. This is my current go to birthday gift for the 3-5 year old set!

Absolutely awesome artwork. Our whole family loves this book. We've pre-ordered AJ's new book that comes out in 2020. There are somany easter eggs to keep little ones occupied with this book for hours, and the quality is top notch! Highly satisfied!

An amazingly beautiful book for children of all ages whether they can read or not. The graphics are beautiful with so much to see on every page - 676 objects to be found altogether! The pages are really good quality paper that will last a lifetime. Look out for the characters wearing underpants and the mouse on every page. A delightful touch is a tree with a heart carved on it and the initials AS (the graphic designer Allan Sanders) and LB (I assume his girlfriend). There's a number to find hidden on on each page denoting the letter's position in the alphabet. So much hard work has gone into this stunning and delightful book. It's a must for birthdays and Christmas presents. I can't recommend it enough.

A beautifully illustrated book that is thematically organised into categories, one for each letter of the alphabet, and for each page there are items to find from A-Z (sometimes these are listed, sometimes you just have to look for items beginning with each letter). Great for vocabulary extension, prompting discussion and just spending time together engaged in a book. Some of the objects are easily identifiable, some are a bit quirkier. The categories are inventive and well-chosen to provide a range of A-Z artefacts within them. A book we will return to time and time again - highly recommend.

Beautiful book! My 3 and a half yr old loves it. Lots of extra things to look for on each page too. The illustrations are lovely. I have a spare one for a birthday present and plan to give it to my friend's (who is an illustrator) son.

This is a beautiful book with so much to look at, to find, to learn and to amuse. I bought this for my Grandson and loved it so much that I bought another - just couldn't resist it! The illustrations are wonderful, obviously a lot of thought and research has gone into this book - Very Highly recommended.

Fabulous alphabet book, it’s a fantastic idea, really well executed and with lovely illustrations with lots of details. I bought it for my 3 year old who is alphabet obsessed right and he loves it, but so do I! We both enjoy reading it, and you don’t get bored, so much to discover!
