I wish i could tell you how it worked
I gave two stars because of the price and the delivery - i deducted three stars because it was not just "broken" it was missing essential screws to keep the whole thing together to be used. We had to return it, we did not ask for a replacement.

Don't waste your time...
What a piece of junk. It's barely together and doesn't work. It heats up, but accomplishes nothing. It's going back.

Like the other person said, it's junk. If you push with any kind of brushing force it comes apart. Will be returning.

Nope!!!!
Don't waste your money on this....didn't get nearly hot enough and didn't straighten anything...I would consider it a luke warm plastic brush!!!

Junk
Handle broke the very first time I used it. Exposed the wiring. It’s just cheap plastic glued together. Packaging was way nicer than the product. Had to get a refund.
