Want to learn how to make coffee, espresso, tea then this book is for you. Great information easy to understand would recommend.

This book is good if know nothing or a lot. I've read a few restaurant start up books and this one gave me a few tips I didn't know. It's not a long read. I'd recommend it to anyone who is thinking about opening a coffee shop. Or someone who already has a shop and is looking for a few new ideas.

I enjoyed reading the book, very insight full. However my order came without the companion CD-Rom.
