101 Things to Do with Canned Soup Spiral-bound – May 17, 2007

Loved the quick recipes in this book. Very practical. I ordered a paper copy I liked it so much.

I love these "101 Things You Can Do With..." recipe books. When I saw this one for the price I immediately downloaded it to my Kindle. All the recipes look great but for my first one I tried the chicken pot pie. Super simple. I used canned chicken breast, canned mixed veggies, cream of chicken soup and two pre-made pie crusts. The whole thing was about $4 to make and I got four huge servings out of it. It was also delicious. Just used a little Bell's Poultry Seasoning in it and salt and pepper. Was dinner for my wife and I for two days. I'm now going to be watching when canned soups go on sale and stocking up.

THE BOOK WAS IN GOOD SHAPE, NO MARKING IN IT, NO WARE AND TEAR ON ANY OF THE PAGES ALL PAGES IN TACK,AND IN GOOD SHAPE, VERY EASY AND SIMPLE RECIPES TO MAKE. RECIPES DON'T COST ALOT TO MAKE. I THINK ALL HOMEMAKERS, CHEFS AND RESTARANTS SHOULD OWN ALL THESE BOOKS, THEY HAVE GREAT EASY, FAST AND GOOD FOOD. I GOT MY RECIPE BOOK IN TIMELY MATTER.

Go ahead and buy soup on sale. Didn't think you knew what to do with some of those canned soup varieties? Pick something fun for dinner that's not what you usually have. Some of the recipes are straight up stupid, but fun to have none the less.

I use canned soups for many of my recipes and was pleased to see this was one of the books in the series (101 Things ...). Have made several of the recipes and my family gave them a "thumbs up". I would recommend this book to everyone.

I haven't gotten around to any of the recipes, but looking thru it it has alot of varity. Will still say it is a good purchase for the recipes. To me this is good low cost cooking. Carla
