This invisible fluorescent paint is made using a high quality special pigment composed of rare earth chemicals. This invisible UV reactive paint is water based there for can easily be cleaned off. Can be thinned using a small amount of water (up to 5 %) and applied to almost any surface. Simply apply with a regular paintbrush for a quick drying finish.
