DOMETIC 3851005011 KIT, SVC Power Module

This worked for me.....the 3962 Dometic must be an orphan because I tried the universal power control board because this one was made of unobtainable at the time I needed it.....Dometic customer service, HA! one big joke...this board IS the replacement for the original, but Dometic did not know that for some reason.....anyway, my reefer is now cold and I hope to net need do this repair again....

The part is fine. Unfortunately when I installed it I still had the same problem. My refrigerator would not work on Electric and would go directly to LP when I would turn it on. Come to find out it was the upper control board and this is the lower one. I didn’t bother trying to send this one back because it was my fault for not ordering the correct part to begin with. I will keep this as a spare.

My dometic refrigerator in The camper was reading code E1 so I replaced the main circuit board now the refrigerator went from reading 63 and flashing and now back reading of 33 so this fixed the problem that I was having
