So I saw the reviews, and saw that it was on limited time sale, and gave this unit a shot. I have been using it for a few days and am impressed so far. Comes with a good case, extra ear bud spares in a few sizes. The installed size fits most. Of course there is a charging cable. The quality of the audio is good. You may need to turn the volume up if you're driving with road noise, that is expected. The other party on the phone has always told me they can hear me well. If you plan to wear it for longer periods of time it is pretty comfortable on the ear. The mix extension picks up your voice well, and the ear loop has a bit of extension in case you have bigger ears. Battery life is very good I have used it for 2-3 hours within the 8-hour work day and it has held up fine. I would say that of course it is larger than some of the Bluetooths that people are popping in and out of their ear often, the small ones that look like a flash drive. This is bigger and that is expected of a business use model. It plays well with 2 phones and pairs easy. I do highly recommend this model as competitive with some of the big brand ones that will cost 2-3x the price. Cheers!

I have been looking for a bluetooth headset that can move between mobile and PC devices seamlessly and I finally found it in this COMEXION headset. I am constantly moving between my iphone and my PC and the headset is connected to both very easily and quickly without fuss. The quality of audio is outstanding as well as the speaker (according to others on the calls). I work in a "hoteling" type of environment where fellow employees can be very close by, also on calls, but the noise canceling feature does a great job of reducing/eliminating the background noise. When connected to my iphone, the buttons are in perfect location, whether it's for connect/disconnect or even the mute button, which I use constantly. The only small disappointment is that when connected to PC the mute button is switched to a "cortana" (win10) button...it automatically launches "cortana". I do wish this was programmable to use as a mute button when connected to a PC. I did talk to their support team about this. Super team! Battery life is very strong and is quick charging Ergonomically, no issues. Feels comfortable in ear. Very good quality earpiece. Also as a bonus, they throw in a scratch off that can get you a percentage off your next purchase or even a free second headset....I actually ended up winning the free :) As mentioned above, their support is top-notch. They will respond to you even over the weekend. Very happy with this device.

I haven't had this bluetooth for very long, but so far I really like it. The piece that goes over your ear is very soft and pliable, and can rotate to fit in either your right or left ear. I can wear it for a long time and not feel it at all, unlike those hard plastic ones that clip onto other bluetooth devices. The two pictures show what it looks like from the side (nice blue color), and how far it is from the side of your face. To me the sound quality is quite good, including listening to music or video, and people I have been talking to told me that I sound good to them also. Noise cancelling from the other end of the call isn't perfect, but good for the price. It comes with three different size flat, round tips for fitting over your ear opening if you don't like something inside your ear, and three different size tips that fit slightly inside your ear, and one tip that fits more deeply inside your ear. I have tried to show you everything in the picture. I use the largest tip that fits the deepest inside your ear, because I think I get the best sound quality with that one and it doesn't bother me to have it inside my ear. The charging cord is really short, but it's standard micro USB so if you have a longer one it will work. A voice will tell you "power on" and "connected," and will warn you when battery is low. It seems that the battery lasts about as long as advertised, and takes about an hour and a half to charge. However, you only get two "battery low" warnings just a couple of minutes apart and then it suddenly dies. I would probably give this bluetooth 5 stars if it told you how much talk time was left when you turned it on, and if it gave you more warning time before it just dies on you. Another nice thing is that I got a scratch card in the box for a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd prize. I got 1st prize, which was for another bluetooth of the same kind. I emailed customer service with a screenshot of my order as instructed, and heard back really quick from a very nice CSA named Crystal who gave me great service and sent my prize to me quickly! I have given an honest review, which would be the same whether I had won a prize or not.

I use this for my job as I talk on the phone quite a bit. I have been using it for a few weeks now and haven't had any problems with it. It is a comfortable headset and at times I forget I am wearing it. It is also very easy to put on quickly if you get that call when you are not wearing it. The sound quality has been very good. The volume is good and haven't had an issue not being able to hear the other person. I have asked others about the sound quality and no one complains about it. The noise cancellation appears to be very good - especially compared to my previous headset where others would complain about my background noise. Didn't have any problems with pairing it with my phone. I switched phones during this so it connected easily to Android and iPhone. You don't need to press any buttons to start the pairing. It comes up in pairing mode when it isn't connected to a phone. Didn't have any problems with it dropping Bluetooth connection. The battery life is adequate and gets me through the day. I typically put it on the charger each night as a habit but it has gotten me through two days of moderate phone use when talking. The one thing i would like better is when you start to get the warning about battery life being low I wish it gave you a little more time before it turns off. Right now when you get the warning you have a few minutes but that isn't a big deal. I also have dealt with their support group and they have responded quickly and answered all my questions quickly. Overall it is a very good headset

I bought this same headset about 6 months ago and really liked it but lost it recently so had no qualms about ordering again as I didn't break the bank to buy it in the first-place. Did exactly what I hoped it would then and now - I use it often while driving and talking to friends and family as my car's bluetooth functionality doesn't work well. It's infinitely better than speakerphone as the volume was too low and background noise was horrible to the extent I really couldn't talk to anyone while driving before. Since using the headset, everyone I talk to says the connection is crystal clear and there is no background noise even when I'm driving on the freeway with loud road noise. I hear everyone clearly as well and find the main button really convenient for answering/ending calls and like the easy to feel volume up/down buttons. I also like using it to take calls for work as I talk to several people daily for work and REALLY like that you can pair to 2 devices simultaneously - for me that's usually my laptop and my phone so I can for example hear the audio from watching a video on my laptop and then if I get a call on my phone I can answer it on my bluetooth headset with one button - no pulling up any menus or having to disconnect/reconnect needed! For me this was AMAZING and a huge timesaver rather than asking people who call to hold while I fumbled with my phone settings and then having to do it all over again after ending a call. I also use the Siri button while driving so the headset can activate Siri and I can ask to dial a certain contact to keep everything hands free. It also comes with clear instructions to help you get the most out of the various functionality like holding down the volume buttons to go to the next or previous track if you're listening to music and it comes with a USB-C charging cable so you can charge off of any usb-port available. All-in-all, this is a solid wallet-friendly headset.

So, I've always used a Plantronics Buetooth. It's pricey, but it's beyond amazing for noise cancelling and it tells me who is calling if I have the number saved in my phone. I really like that since I am on ladders a lot where it's noisy and don't have my hands free. But it randomly keep unpairing while I'm having phone conversations, which it a huge problem. So, I started looking around and found this one. This Bluetooth never drops a call and the sound is high enough. But it doesn't tell you who is calling if you have the number saved, and the noise cancelling is terrible for me and the person on the other end of the phone. I have to be in a quiet environment to have a conversation. The ear piece is also angled which hurts my ear. That may not be a problem for others. It's a much lower quality than Plantronics, but at least it doesn't unpair my phone while I'm on a call. The moment Plantorics gets this bug worked out, I'll go back to them, but otherwise, I'm on the hunt for a better product. Like I said, the noise cancelling is terrible and can be ear-piercing. I purchased this headset to use with my cell phone and my work laptop. Since I am working from home now more than ever, I wanted a comfortable, affordable, and viable option to place and take work calls on my cell phone and on my laptop. The great option I really appreciate about this Bluetooth headset is that it has dual connectivity, which means I'm able to connect it to my cell phone and my laptop at the same time. So if I get a call on my cell phone, I can take it through the headset; or if someone calls me on Microsoft Teams (same as using Zoom) on my laptop, I can take that call through my headset as well without having to connect separately from my cell phone. It works perfectly! The other benefit I find from using this headset compared to earbuds is that I'm able to wear this headset comfortably all day; and I do mean all day. It doesn't bother my ear and I don't have to worry about it falling off if I bend down to pick up something off the floor. Once I put it on in the morning, it stays on my ear until I take it off at the end of the day. My ears are small, so I've always had a hard time finding earbuds that stay in my ear. This headset has been the best option for me. The sound quality is excellent. I've asked several callers about how I sound, and they always say I sound great and that they wouldn't have known I was using a headset if I hadn't said anything. Lastly, there Customer Service is excellent! I contacted them to ask a question and they responded immediately. The Customer Service representative’s name who assisted me is Crystal. She was very responsive and very helpful. This purchase has been a two-thumbs up for me!

Any positive reviews of this product were provided by the manufacturer or seller as a form of consumer fraud. The over-ear hook is non-removable. The hook is huge and ungainly. I'm 6'3" tall and over 300lbs - this phallic monstrosity is as thick as my index finger. The hook is on a side-to-side swivel that can't be locked in place in any position. The vertical rotation of the hook on the earbud is equally idiotic - it will go from straight up to straight forward (either pointing the mic at the top of my head or the corner of my eye) but won't angle toward my mouth at all. The "6 earbud sizes" included (and referenced in a positive review I read of this item) are a joke. They are literally within just a few millimeter diameter of each other and none is bigger than would snugly or comfortably fit in a 4 year old's ear. Coupled with the godawful over-ear hook, this piece of trash just hangs off my ear and swings and bats against my face as I walk. Even worse, the one that comes "mounted" on the piece of trash is the exact same size as one of the other 5 options. For that matter, there really aren't 6 different sizes anyway. There are exactly 2 sizes, because the "smallest" 3 are just a little dot of hard rubber to grip the speaker post on the piece of trash (with an expanding cup that doesn't fit even the ear canal of a 5'3" woman) and the "biggest" 3 are little dots of rubber exactly the same size, then with a filmy, insubstantial wisp of film that certainly fits into the ear but doesn't catch or hold by any stretch of the imagination - it just kind of tickles while the thing flops around. Again, 2 of these out of 6 total are the exact same style and the exact same size, and none of the 6 is big enough to fit the ear of a small female. The audio quality in the speaker is tinny. Someone I test-called claimed it sounded well enough on their end. Whoop-de-doo. She sounded like C3P0 to me. Turning it on and off requires pushing and holding one of the buttons for several seconds. Absolutely worthless for anybody who has a legitimate use for an earbud - meaning someone who turns it off between calls to conserve battery life, stores it in a pocket until needed, etc. The volume up and down buttons are not only in the wrong place, they're also mismarked. The volume down button is up in front, the volume up button is down in back, AND THEY'RE EVEN MARKED + IN FRONT AND - IN BACK EVEN THOUGH THEY WORK THE EXACT OPPOSITE WAY. It's also impossible to press in the mute button (on the bottom) without also toggling the forward-set volume button (on the top) at the same time. The manual lies about how to pair with another bluetooth device. The instructions are totally nonfunctional. In the event of a pairing problem (mind you, using the totally nonfunctional instructions), they instruct you to delete any and all other bluetooth devices from your phone. Because you only need 1 earbud and the only thing you'd ever connect via bluetooth is an earbud, right? Apart from being total disinformation, the manual is written the way a 12 year old with a mean streak would write text or chat messages if they intended to mock a Chinese accent via text. Distance measurements are given in "feets." The mute feature is described literally as: "when you calling, click mute switch and He will not hear your voice." Capitalization errors literally copied from the manual itself. In another place: "when being disconnected ,there bill be automatic voice prompt: your headset is disconnected." Capitalization and even that ridiculous space before the comma are literally copied out of the manual. These issues are in literally every line of the manual. Yes, the manual says "there bill be" just like the aforementioned 12 year old mocking the Chinese accent in text chat. The icing on the cake is the thick Chinese accent in the English-language "voice prompts." Seriously. Wouldn't be worth mentioning except for everything else. This thing is badly engineered, badly documented, just an all-around bad joke for $40.00 USD.

I’m using it all day long for virtual meetings and calls. Great the possibility to connect both the PC and the Phone at the same time. Using this now instead of AirPods Pro.
