Nice sharp point.
These small scissors serves my purpose for aquascaping in our fish tank. I wish I had gotten a pair that were a little longer, because my fingers when in the holes can’t manipulate them so well under water. But for the price, they are made well and do the job.They would be perfect for sewing projects.

Perfect dissection scissors. I used this type of scissors, a few years back in college. These scissors are exactly like my old ones. I use them for jobs that require a very precise snip. I use them in my wool felt art, knitting, and sewing. Also, they are excellent in precision cutting from magazines for collage.

All three pair were missing a cutting edge.
I was hoping to use these scissors for handwork, including sewing and knitting.They are worthless. They have literally NO edge on the blade; it's almost as if they missed the grinding step at the manufacturer. They would not cut paper, lightweight fabric, lightweight denim, yarn, or thread. I have awarded them a single star because they arrived on time and individually packaged in zip-closure plastic bags. Do not purchase these.
