Well made tap, should do a great job! I had a problem with a circlip which didn't fit properly. I emailed Grohe support and they immediately sent a new circlip. Unfortunately the one they sent was not the right one for the tap. However the tap functions very well without the circlip, it just swings from side to side more freely than it would with the correct component. It was quite expensive and installation is less than easy but not too complex, but the tap performs exactly as hoped and looks great so merits 5 stars.

Only had it for a few weeks but pretty happy with the quality. It was also easier to install than other taps I had as it comes with a vary handy plastic tool. Fingers crossed I won't have to revise my 5 stars in the future

This tap is not the easiest to install when sink is already in place . The combination of very narrow supply pipes that cone with the tap and the thermostatic cartridge in the tap reduces the pressure enormously. We have 3 bar of pressure from the cold supply but becomes just more than a trickle out of this tap . It is advertised as working from minimum 1 bar - it works but is really a tap designed for a high pressure system normally not found in U.K. houses. Initial view is that although the tap is sturdy and well constructed , it’s performance leaves a lot up be desired - we will use for a while to see how we get on with it but a few hours after it’s installation ( by a professional plumber ), we are quite disappointed

Very pleased with this. The spray button spout on a hose is brilliant for cleaning!Lovely brushed nickel finish.Worth noting that the pipes were a different calibre to my existing tap, so I had to get a plumber to adapt it. I’ve subsequently found out I could have bought a simple adaptor myself that would have made it cheaper.

The tap should have been really easy to install BUT we didn't realise that it would be very heavy for a stainless steel sink, and we have had to put significant extra support in place to stabilise the tap.When we came to plumb it in, we quickly discovered that these aren't compatible with standard 15mm UK pipes. Now awaiting delivery of adaptors and installation further delayed. There are postings that have the adaptors included so if buying for the UK, would suggest you look at these or buy separately so you have everything you need from the start.Will update the review once we finally get it connected!! 🤞Edit: adaptors arrived quickly (thanks Amazon) and the tap is now in place 🎉This is a much better quality tap than we bought previously - the pull out hose provides a really powerful jet, which is great for rinsing dishes with. I'm also really pleased with the smoothness of the lever. Other than that, it does what it says it should.

Great product but came with European connectors

We have only used it for a few weeks. So far it does what we expected perfectly. The builder who put it in was impressed its quality. Visitors comment on its elegant design.
