Best saw ever
I use this saw for all my dyi projects around the house. Cuts plywood, masonite, and all sizes of pine perfectly. Less effort, straighter cuts and better control on fine cutting. Best of all blades are replaceable and/or interchangable! A beautifully made tool.

Shark Saw
I am assuming that people who bought the replacement blade, already own the saw. If you don't own the saw, let me say this is a great product. It keeps a beautiful straight cut on product up to about 6". Wider stock is more problematic, but still possible. If you live in an apartment complex and don't want to disturb your neighbors with a table saw, this is a very good option. While the cuts are somewhat better and the blades last longer with the Japanese saws, if you are used to the stiffer Western style saws, it is too easy to destroy a $40 blade, and so now I'm using the Shark saws.

A good, versatile hand saw
I never regretted my purchase of a Shark saw. I looked at one for many years, wondering if they were worth the expense. This is a very handy saw, trims quickly and works in close spaces. Blades are razor sharp and will last for years unless abused. Amazon has a decent price for them, and when added on to another order I received free shipping.

well made
Useful, well made, balanced. It takes some experience to use it right - cross cut or rip - and you have to know the kind of wood before starting the right side of the blade.

You'll reach for it all the time
My dad (a boatbulder) introduced me to pull saws a few years back and I have used them ever since. This is a great commercal version of the classic japanese saw, cuts with great precision and little effort. Perfect for flush cutting or undercutting trim where it meets flooring because of the flexible blade. I even bring this saw along when I go to lumber yards where you cut your own molding etc. to length. It's light, compact, and faster than waiting for an employee at the power saw!
