Quality Alternative To High Cost Avery & Low Cost Knockoffs
After using other cheaper, generic labels of the same size purchased from Amazon Marketplace sellers, I was dismayed to find that sometimes the quality was awful (even when ordered from the same page as previous orders that were of higher quality). The generic labels curled, were hard to peel, and didn't even hold the laser print very well.I decided to stop wasting my money on frustrating generics and spend a (very) little more and try DigiOrange. I figured they were at least branded and if they worked out, I could be sure I'd be getting the same quality in subsequent orders, something that was NOT happening elsewhere.I'm happy to say that they are great quality labels - sturdy, stiff, feed great, retain the print, stick to the packages nicely without peeling off or wrinkling. A great alternative to artificially high priced Avery. That said, they can curl (as a typical poor amazon packing job proved) but even so, they work great and Avery labels can curl too. I'd prefer the entire label shape was die-cut, but the split sheet works fine, and the cost savings is, again, huge.********UPDATE******** Just got my latest order of these (April 15, 2014) and I'm sad to say that the backing paper has changed - for the worse. The new material is high-gloss and curls like a mother. I typically run the sheet through the printer twice, once for each label. After you run the labels through a printer once, it is now so badly curled that the page has trouble feeding a second time. This was not the case with the labels I'd gotten previously, so hopefully this is a temporary change. If not, I'll be looking for other options.

Best UPS Label Alternative Ever!!!
Pros: Adhesive and thickness of labels are second to UPS's Price and quantityCons: should come available in half sheets instead of half page stickers on a full sheets no curved edges to make removing labels easierOverall: Great labels that just need a little fine tuning to become better than UPS's labelsMy Reason for buying:I've been wanting to buy labels to print for my packages but I didn't know which ones to choose until I started ready the reviews which most people said go with the expensive avis brand, but recent reviews says its too pricey and they were cutting costs of making their labels so I avoided that option. When I stumbled upon digiorange these labels had a five star review for a great price, so I tested them out. They work great and don't curl or get jammed in my printer.Test:I only let the adhesive stick on a cardboard box for a split second and tried pealing it off and what you get is a perfectly ripped outer box. These label don't let go of anything they touch except the obvious human skin.Use:I fold these sheets in half and rip them so they are half sheet labels and let my printer print the labels as I need them. Even though it's a little work of ripping it conveniant and saves labels from being printed for shipping receipts.

Very poor adhesive
The print surface of the labels seemed fine - results were clear and crisp without smearing.the initial adhesion to the package was misleadingly good. The entire label stuck to the cardboard boxes and padded envelopes that I was shipping. I labeled about 15 packages of both types, set them in my car, then went to bed.The next morning when I went to drop them at the post office I noticed that every single label had peeled up and away from both types of packages around multiple corners - all 4 in some cases. I tested at that point how easy it would be for something to "catch" one of the corners and pull the label completely off, and it seemed far too easy. Certainly too high of a chance of happening for me to risk a shipment over.I had high hopes for this label based upon the other feedback, but my results were not good.

Digiorange Labels.
PROS: Price, stickinessCONS: Could be a little less see throughMy only other comparison are some of the much more expensive name brand labels they sell at office supply stores. . . Those labels are thicker, and as such really do a great job blocking out anything written under them -- I recycle a lot of envelopes so that is useful. The problem I was having with those is that they don't stick well to everything -- especially thick envelopes if the label rounds the top or something. I wound up taping the edges of those.I've just printed my first label on these new sheets and you can see what is under the label a bit, which isn't great, but they don't seem to need tape on the edges, so for me that is a good trade off.I wish that I didn't have to cut the labels, the name brand ones were die cut so that the label surface was smaller, although I did end up having to trim those down even more on smaller bubble envelopes. I think I'm going to end up trimming almost all of these because they are literally a half sheet wide.As long as the whole pack stays sticky and the stickers block out enough of what is under them I'll buy these again. I haven't notice any curling issue, but I do store them vertically so I'm a bit concerned about that becoming an issue -- we'll see.

These have been GREAT, 3 out of 4 times.
Absolutely a GREAT value. They are high quality and do not curl, rip or smear. That is 3 out of the 4 times I have bought them. The most recent batch (Just bought them 8/7/12) are much lower quality than the previous packs I had bought. I am hoping I just got a dud. But they are noticeably thinner. They rip easy and curl after every pass through the printer. I am reordering right this second, but if the next set is like the set I just got a couple days ago, that will be my last purchase. I really LOVED them the first 3 times though, so hopefully they are better this time. I will try to update.
