lightweight?
It seems these could be of a heavier gauge. I've not made knives before, so I'm not sure about the standard.. I'm happy to have found these though, and they are holding up ok, so far.

Nice but too long
I need a shorter rivet for my knife. These bent when I tried to connect them

Dimensions in inches.
Sizes: Female shaft OD = .149", Female shaft ID= .112, Female shaft length = .495" (not including head which is .044".) Male shaft OD = .122", Shaft length = .490." The female shaft OD will in crease .010" after male pin is inserted completely. The finished size will be .159". I drill the handle holes with a #21 bit (.159") and they work perfectly with the wood I am using. Also, I counter sink the rivet hole approx .040-.050" with a 5/16 end mill. A drill bit would work for countersink, too. I have no complaints with the product so far.The picture is the of my test piece.
