Work great - easy to install
I bought a beautiful "gently used" round dining table and chairs that had 4 circular leaves to expand the size. However, the seller did not reveal that two of the leaf attachments were broken. Luckily I was able to find these and easily install them. The leaves are very stable and sturdy now - all is well!

They feel good and solid. I installed a set on my table (replacing a broken latch) and it's perfect. Quick and easy fix. Screws included are the righ length.

Hard to position!
The quality of these locks seems to be good. HOWEVER, they do not provide a template for the mounting screws! This is a serious drawback. It is necessary to have the correct distance between the flange and the lock so that a snug fit is made when the lock is closed. When the lock is in the closed position, one of the screw holes is covered and it is difficult to get the distance right from the flange. We were setting up a table for a leaf, so it was necessary to do the flange and lock on the other half. This made it even more difficult to get everything correctly lined up.A simple template would greatly improve the value of this product. It worked but was much to difficult to install.

Good price, needs some basic installation instructions
These brackets were actually very similar to the broken ones on our old dining table, so installation was a breeze. However, I would like a small insert describing proper installation. The brackets work, but getting a proper fit and function took a couple of tries. I dont't blame the brackets entirely, as the sliding mechanism seems to be a little loose and allows for the table to sag. Good product for a good price.
