Con is that the suction lid (though functional) takes up room inside the cup so it can’t hold 12oz of liquid- only about 10oz- otherwise the liquid comes oozing out the top.With that in mind- this isn’t so much a travel mug, but a beautiful reusable cup to bring to the office or walk to the coffeeshop with.It keeps your drink hot a bit longer than a paper cup and can be microwaved (though I would never recommend microwaving your coffee). I love the sliding sip opening.Easy to clean with just warm water and dishsoap! No stains and no weird smell so far.Compared to metal cups this is light years better.Overall as long as you know what to expect and don’t try to bring it on a camping trip this is an amazing option for a reusable cup.

Good but too hot to handle

It gets so hot it’s impossible to hold it and the lid doesn’t close well at all.Cute but a waste of money

This was a cute mug I used for my bedtime tea, but it had definite downsides. It's difficult to hold when hot liquid is inside because the mug itself gets hot. Not warm. Hot.Then it got knocked over in my sink while doing dishes and it completely broke. I was considering getting another, but given the heat issue, that it doesn't keep drinks hot, and the lid isn't spill proof for travel, I think I'll just look for another mug to buy.

I ordered the gray color and I quite love the weight and heft of it. The silicone has a nice 'hand' feel.Although I personally prefer to toss everything in the dishwasher, it is recommended to hand wash this, and since I got the small size it's not too much of a hardship.The thing I like most is that you can pop out the slider strip on top (slides back and forth to cover the drink hole) and wash it! I guess I never realized that this was an option and have always struggled to clean the brown coffee stains out of the grooves on the clear covers that come with other hot beverage tumblers.I am not giving 5 stars for one simple reason: even though the silicone sleeve is there to protect your hand, if you pour in hot coffee/tea/water and then try to pick it up, it's just too hot!! I have to let it sit for 5 minutes (truly!) before the silicone sleeve is at a temperature that will allow you to use it.For this price I could have just stuck with a coffee cup with a big handle, but I do love the look and feel of it, so will continue to use.Would I rebuy? No. Not unless the heat of the silicone sleeve gets fixed.

Love how it looks and keeps my coffee pretty hot for my commute. The mouth covering slides closed, but it can leak a little - this is not something you can throw into a bag. You will have to hold it the entire time to prevent anything from leaking out.

This is a very nice looking mug, however, there are a few flaws.1. Mug can get very hot when you are serving yourself some coffee.2. Lid is not practical to sip off of .3. It is not leak proof.This is nice to use without the lid, but be careful when holding a hot beverage.

After I broke my cherished Starbucks mug I thought it would never be replaced but this mug did it. Ceramic on the inside and soft rubber on the outside very tastefully done. Great product.
