The bean filling warms up quickly in the microwave and adjusts naturally to the contour of your eyes. The water spritzer bottle is an added convenience. I added a few drops of lavendar and peppermint essential oils to the water to help encourage tear production. I have found this helpful for my severe dry eye problem. It can also be used to relieve sinus headaches and for styes.

My eye compress kit arrived today. I immediately opened it, read the instructions and used it. This kit makes it easy to follow my doctor's instructions and to apply moist heat to my eyes twice a day for 5 mins. each time. I did heat the compress for an additional 10 seconds in the microwave. Not only will this help my eyes but it feels darn good. I'm pleased and do recommend this product.

The eye warmer helps relieve dry eyes and styes. Used regularly, it helps prevent styes. It's so easy to warm in the microwave right before going to bed. 30 seconds does it.

I was diagnosed by my ophthalmologist as having dry eyes and to use a compress twice a day, morning an night. This item is super convenient and easy to use. The compress has a nice little removable cover that pops right off for easy washing. It only takes 30 secs in your microwave to warm it up and the heat lasts at least 10 minutes. I'd give it 5 stars if I didn't find the compress weight a tad bothersome after using it each time. The gentle pressure on my eyes cause blurred vision for me for about five minutes each time I use it.

I needed to buy a dry eye compress as requested by my opthamalogist. This product is excellent and really AIDS in making my eyes more comfortable, less itchy and annoying. I'm really glad the compress came with the cover as I can wash it separately. This compress is so much better than anything you could purchase in a drugstore!
