Read the instructions and follow.. but it actually works save me from replacing a leaking boiler for a whole winter. Can't believe it worked

The crack in our boiler is a bit higher than this can reach but it certainly slowed down the use of water. The boilers auto feed went from 580 refills per day to 20. Now for the facts. If your boiler needs to keep replenishing the boiler than you need to remedy that issue or you will be back again when the new boiler wears through too.

7/20/22 our boiler would leak 40 gal overnight. for the last 2 weeks i only ran it when we took showers, and would shut the water feed off right after. I'd still have about 20 gal on the basement floor after a few days. the internal leaks started messing with ignition and i had to constantly reset the control. i thought I'd give this a shot to help us limp this furnace 2-3 months till the new furnace is in. poured it in, got the boiler running, let it go overnight, it stopped the leaks completely and I'm amazed. i will come back and update how long it lasts, but I'm hopeful from reading other reviews. update: 8/10/22 after 3 weeks, a small leak has reappeared today, but only about 6 gal leaked in 24hrs. going to try another quart. boiler replacement is a month away, so we're just trying to limp this. $10 got us 3 weeks leak free.

Went from 1 qt a hour leaking from my boiler to just under a cup a hr. Replacing boiler in the spring, just hope it goes till then

Was good product however my water heater was well beyond that for just a little leak it was Sheila right up instantly

MY P)) SPA IS OVER 20 YEARS OLD. OVER THE PERIOD, VERY GRADUALLY, A SMALL LEAK BECAME WORSE. MY "SPA" GUY SUGGESTED 2 SOLUTIONS: (1 ) ORDER A QUART BOTTLE OF THIS OATEY 3115 PROFESSIONAL LEAK STOP FOR HIGH TEMPERATURE BOILERS AND VERY HOT WATER. MY SPA TEMP IS SET AT 100F . ( COLD BY ANY COMPARISON). OR (2) HAVE A CREW PULL THE SPA OUT OF THE GROUND AND REPLACE THE TROUBLESOME PLASTIC VALVE. TO DO THAT WOULD BE QUITE EXPENSIVE AND TROUBLSOME.. OPTION (1); THE OATEY PRODUCT WAS ORDERED AND POURED INTO THE SPA. ( NO SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS WERE PROVIDED). I LET IT CYCLE IN THE SPA FOR 4 DAYS. THEN DRAINED ALL WATER AND WAXED THE WALLS; THEN REFILLED WITH CLEAN WATER AND A NEW FILTER. ***** WORKED!!!! NO MORE LEAKS.

Works as advertised! Had a small leak from somewhere inside my Aquahot Diesel bus heater that I couldn’t trace without removing the whole unit. Put this in and after several heating and cooling cycles the drip stopped. Only been 6 weeks but all looks good!!

It seems to work, has basically stopped the leak for now.

I used 1 quart of it and it stopped the leak in my boiler, happy happy
