Bought this after bad experience with other brand resistance band but to my Suprise these bands are really good in quality and the ab sliders are an additional bonus.The bag is of good quality too which makes it easy for us to carry the bands wherever we go.Range of motion of the bands are equally good and i mainly use this for my squat warmup and glute exercises and they help me a lot.Overall a value for money product!

Good quality bands Gives good tention during workout. Also the x-light and light bands are good one's for beginners to start with. The disks are amazing and super smooth on the floor also maintains grip when pressure applied. Just been few days since purchase and it seems good as of now.

Overall a nice Product
I wanted these bands since long time.... Got it for a reasonable price and is of good quality. Would workout everyday at home with the help of these amazing bands. Easy to use and discs are also good for grip and holding self. Go for it, highly recommend 👍

Disk are amazing but the stretch band are not good they smell alot like balloon even after washing the hands, smell stays.

Recieved just now. Contrary to some of the negative reviews, all the items were as described. The bands are good, without any cuts or damages. Since these bands are made of natural rubber expect the distinct smell. Do not expect too long a life since natural rubber deteriorated over time. As someone working in rubber industry, I would suggest to keep these bands away from direct sunlight and electric /electronic equipments that can cause ozone formation.

All resistance bands are good. And good thing is that they are of 5 types from lighter to stronger. The quality is also good. Two supports also provided for placing hands or feet during exercise. A bag is also there to put all these bands and supports when not in use. Good for beginners as well as others who want to be fit and in shape. Overall the product is value for money.
