Perfect bread tin used to making milk bread

Trial and error. To fill pan, recipe needs 450g flour. Many recipes for round loaf pan calling for less flour are using a smaller 7" tin, and same size discontinued Mermaid brand tin recipe card of 350g reportedly didn't fill tin. Love this pan, ordered a 2nd one.

I just received the pan today. The condition is great but there is just one problem. It comes with no care or baking directions. And what is written on the sleeve around the pan is in either Japanese or Chinese characters. And no way to contact anybody about this issue.

I used one in the U.K. Made by Mermaid, but they stopped making them. Just mix up a batch of yeasted dough, lock in place and let it rise, and bake - Easy and a Fun sandwich shape we all loved as kids !
