EMF 20600-02 Air Purifier 1000 sq. ft.

I purchased this filter from a company called Nuvia and it was such a waste of money. The system is very bulky and has a really ugly design. I noticed difference in air for a week maybe, but then it seemed like it wasn’t doing much after that except making noise. Maintenance is where it gets really ugly. It has two different filters, one of which has to be vacuumed and flipped over every six months, and the other one has to be replaced annually. The replacement price they charge for filters is 350$. They customer service doesn’t sound that friendly either. After about two years it broke down and stopped working.I purchased another purifier from Amazon few weeks ago and it works way better, plus it is 10 times cheaper than this one. Please do your research before you buy any air purifiers. I don’t recommend this one as I’ve had it for two years and I thought it was a waste of money.

Can’t find filters !!! Sits in my basement without being used

This unit works great. However, the companys attempt to make you purchase a new expensive filter every year is a total scam. The user manual tells you to call customer service whenever the main filter and pre filter indicator light turns from green to red. When you call them they try to force you to pay over $300 for 2 filters. If you look at the filters you can tell that they do not need to be replaced as the main filter stays very clean for a long time. The pre-filter will look slightly dirty with hair and dust and it only needs to be cleaned with a vacuum.Other customer reviews claim that their customer service is terrible and I agree. The new filters come with instructions on how to replace them. Whenever you clean the pre filter all you need to do is hold down the pre filter service button and the main filter service button. After holding them down for approx 10 seconds they switch to green. This tells me that the machine does not actually know when the filters need service and they are simply on a timer.Again the machine works awsome, but replacing the filters annually is completely unecessary.

I have two of these units. I purchased them direct from factory, at a reduced price, after they recalled the two I'd purchased prier. My problem is, I can't find filters. They are worthless without filters.

We have one of these in our home that we bought from an Approved Healthway Dealer in Northern NH. I have severe allergies and noticed a difference right away. We tested the air quality with a particulate air quality meter both before and after and the decrease in both large and small particles is crazy! The proof is in the test. The meters do not lie. These units claim to scrub the air down to 99.99%. I think every home should have these!

Wife and I had not been feeling well and we were worried about our memories because we would forget where we put things or forgot what we went into a room to do. Never dreamed of mold possibly being the culprit especially since our home was just built mid 2013. After reps came by home and did an air test in every room and logged the results and then ran the purifier for 20 minutes we were sold and bought one that evening. The particulates for mold was in the outer space range of over 360,000. This is extremely harmful over a period of time and can cause many serious health issues. The first night we closed our Bedroom door to get as much pollutants out of the bedroom as possible while we slept. We both woke feeling more refreshed than we had in a long time. We are impressed and rate the Healthways purifier with 5 stars and are looking forward to better health and a cleaner home for us and the dog. Since this is an FDA class 2 medical device and is patented I feel very sure we bought the best on the market.

This is the worst air purifier I ever purchased and it is expensive. It filtered very little dust from the large room where it was placed.
