I usually don’t write reviews but I needed to reach out to the seller (Shinerich Group) and their customer support was outstanding, and I felt that interaction should be addressed. As for the item: the fire pit itself was easy to assemble, is a solid unit, and fired right up once I attached the propane tank. The flame is adjustable and looks great with the included blue glass. As for the seller: I had two damaged tiles. The item was packaged very well with plenty of styrofoam and cardboard reinforcement, but as we all know, shipping carriers can get a little overzealous. I reached out to the seller and they responded right away with an offer to replace the broken tiles, but needed to know which size (there are two). I was busy and didn’t notice the response until days later when the seller sent another message asking again how they can fix the issue. This seller truly cares about the customer experience and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Everything we wanted and more. Were keeping the setting at the lowest possible as this really puts off the heat. The Bali firepit is just beautiful, the tiles are gorgeous and it was easy to assemble, remembering per a post to leave the sides loose while putting the legs together, which prevents stress binding during assembly. Great product

I love this fire table! The price was lower than many I was considering and the quality is superior. The ceramic tiles around the top are very heavy and a great design. The blue fire chips create a great ambiance. The fire is adjustable...the lower setting gives a great vibe and it can go higher to kick off a little heat. Highly recommend.

This is a nice fire pit - not made for warmth though it puts out pretty good heat but you would still need a jacket or heavy sweater if a chilly night. The company states that it's easy to assemble but 3 of us spent all afternoon to assemble it! The directions in the booklet are not that clear & in very small print. The door didn't fit flush - we loosened screws & it still didn't fit. Customer service is excellent for this company. They sent out a new door but it didn't fit either. They said they would send out a leg as they thought that was the issue, but I never received it and never heard from them again. Oh well, I'll just live with it as is - doesn't affect the functioning. Beautiful blue smooth rocks in the center - like the wide tiles to set drinks on, etc. Nice fire pit for a pretty low price - fun to get together at night with friends & family.

There were no broken or missing parts and assembly was easy. The size (32") and weight are both modest, allowing for flexibility and easy movement (best with two people) from one spot to another. Currently, we are using the pit on our back patio. It helps set a nice mood (along with a drink) while sitting around in the evening, especially needed in these times. I was also attracted by the reasonable price as it allowed me to get into a fire pit without a major financial commitment. Of course, you can spend considerably more for a larger and nicer set up, so recognize what is available and what you get at certain price points. I cannot comment on longevity since I have only had the fire pit for a week. All in all, I feel this has been a worthwhile purchase.4/11/20 update - I stated in my initial review that I had a problem with the ignition unit and that the Seller had promptly agreed to send me a replacement ignition. On further inspection, I discovered that I had not properly connected the electrode wire. Once this was corrected, the unit works fine (and the replacement has been cancelled). Nevertheless, I want to acknowledge the Selle for its prompt responsiveness.

Except for the long 26 pages of directions, it met our expectations and looks great. Note: little tricky to get the propane started as we need to keep the knob pushed in until the thermocouple warms up, which wasn't mentioned in the instructions.

We love this fire table, it is so beautiful with the turquoise pebbles and their turquoise flames. Very happy with it.

Would be happy with this table if it would remain lit. Customer service has sent replacement thermocouple which I replaced however unit still shuts down after a short period. Also have to hold knob in for at least 60 seconds to get it to light initially. After lighting it shuts off in 2-3 minutes. Tried to contact customer service again today during the day and left a message. Still waiting for them to call me back.
