White Foam Roller 18-inch Full Round

Less expensive than other models, but gets the job done, and is very durable. Perfect amount of cushion for rolling. Not too hard or soft. I use my roller 4-5 times per week.

A physical therapist friend recommended I get one of these to help out with leg pain and injuries from running and kettlebells. The exercises you perform with the foam roller are painful and awkward - but boy oh boy do they loosen up your muscles and aid in recovery after a workout. I no longer fear days of pain after a leg workout. I find the foam roller most helpful for loosening up the quads and IT band - my problem areas.

Not as long or wide as I thought it would be.Doesn't quite cover the whole back to neck. Hardly use it because of that. Too bad.

I use this EVERY day. Small enough to pack it my suitcase. This is a good addiction to have. Helpful in between chiropractor visits. In fact, I haven't been back since using this. Lots of videos online for instruction.

Works fine, but I would recommend a harder foam unless you are very small. I'm only about 150# and the foam is already compressed quite a bit.

I bought this roller to replace a roller I've had for a long time that was starting to get a little compacted in the middle and less effective for stretches. The product is made of low quality/density foam. Not worth a dollar. It immediately compacted and is useless to my stretches. I'm back to using the slightly worn (much less worn) foam roller I bought from a major retailer several years ago and use on a daily basis. I recommend trying a different roller/brand. My good roller (that I was attempting to replace) is GoFit. I can recommend that one and will probably just pay up and buy another.

I bought this foam roller as a gift for my dad to help his back, since my white foam roller does wonders for me. I was disappointed that this foam roller was way softer than the white one that I own. Also, I didn't realize this one was so short in length, and I regret that. Way too short and soft, and wish I was able to find the same 36" white one that I have that is more firm.

The roller arrived a couple days earlier than expected. The roller is uniformly firm as it should be. This is my first 18-inch roller. For several years I used a full-sized, 36-inch roller. For the types of exercises I perform, 36 inches of roller is not really necessary. Also, I roll in an area with limited space. After the old roller became too soft from use, I ventured to try the 18-inch. After several workouts I can tell the 18-inch is perfect for my needs. The price is great, too!
