While I like he way it feels much better than plastic I've had it on my phone for abut a month. It has developed a bubble that won't go away. No problem I thought it has a life time guarantee. No where in the package is there any information on a contact for the guarantee no phone, no email or mail address. I've search the internet and the only thing I find on Crystallize is the Amazon page selling the product. I really was hoping I could get some help with resolving the bubble issue as I like the screen protector and I was really hoping it would last me more than a month.Update:The seller contacted me and has told me what I need to do to resolve my issue. I'm giving it a 4 star as I'm still disappointed that it was only my phone for a month before the bubble appeared.

I've had this product for about five months now. I've dropped it a few times, not a ton to be able to crack the screen but still enough to have that moment of panic until you flip your phone back up and await a big mess. Well, today I scrambled out of bed and lost control of holding my phone and dropped on my tile floor face first(the phone, not me. Dont worry I'll be fine.) Picked it up and while the tempered glass got a few cracks, the phone screen itself is still as good as new! So i'd say it works great and its definitely worth the buy if your on a budget or dont want to spend 50 bucks on a high quality one. This one works just as well. Now if you excuse me, I need to buy another one...

If you've seen one Tempered Glass Screen Protector you've pretty much seen through them all. I mean, really, unless you're getting truly robbed, price isn't going to be an issue. They all look the same, they're all about the same price, so pick one and be done, right? You would be wrong this once. Exo Deals actually sent me an email before the product arrived offering installation instructions and a phone number in case something went wrong. Oh, sure, what could go wrong? I have ten thumbs and the answer is plenty. The idea they're willing to set you up with a live person for what ought to be a ten second installation tells you how they intend to make a difference. And it certainly does. Oh, and great product too!

I installed this on my daughter's 5c about 3 weeks ago. Install went fine and it fit well so no issues. Yesterday, she discovered a small hairline crack on the screen protector starting at the home button opening. Supposedly after putting it face down on a table (phone also in a Caseology case) and it appeared when she lifted it back up. Not sure what to make of the crack and who's really at fault, the daughter or a fragile glass protector. At this point, the crack is small enough and not too intrusive so the screen protector is staying on.

Does the job - my son had this on his iPhone 5S when he dropped it on some cement steps and the screen hit the corner of the steps. The screen protector chipped but the phone screen was unscathed. Promptly bought another of these. We have them on all of our family phones. Very easy to apply and crystal clear. Highly recommend, particularly at this price.

Just like the ones at Verizon Phone Store. I bought 4 from Amazon for about the same price as one would have cost. My granddaughter replaced hers and mine in less than 10 minutes and I still have two spare screen protectors. It looks the same as the expensive ones, what a deal. I recommend this product!!

It doesn't feel like real tempered glass. Feels more like hard plastic. I also followed the instructions on the case and it still left air bubbles. Otherwise it does the job and has protected my phone when I dropped it.

Very good product. Have thrown my phone in my purse and still no scratches on it. Nice. It's been on about a month.
