Only half the cloisonne
This was a bit disappointing. As lovely as it looks, the "pen" holder is more like a Q-tip size holder; I had read those reviews, so that's OK-What disappointed me, is the item is only partially enameled, leaving very sharp ridges in the unfilled channels. I was not aware of this from the picture and I guess the price should have been an indicator.

smaller cup is very pretty
Cloisonne cup is small. About 3" high and 2"wide. Good for small things, but not really a pencil cup.
