I like everything about the case except it came with one of the balls that fell off of it inside the box but other than that it’s perfect, beautiful I can just glue it back on there, no complaints! Only one... the construction of it I would have had the edges of the case to be raised a little higher so that the screen would be covered so I probably would buy a screen cover but other than that it’s nice.

Let me tell, how much I love this case;it fits very well on my XS MAX, you don’t have to worry about it slipping out of your hands like some cases that are slippery to hold which defeats the purpose of any case honestly. I feel if you love bling and objects like such you should have no complaints at all. I had couple tiny blings that looked like extra that fell out. But any of this you can glue it back very easily. The case it self is flexible. Button parts are perfect even the bottom port has a tiny cover so cute!

Very cute case, came with some extra gems in case any fall off or you want to add more, everything was intact when I opened it up and it fits perfectly on the phone. Ordered on March 16, didn’t arrive until May 4 so just wouldn’t recommend ordering if you’re in a hurry to get it

I just received this case and I am VERY disappointed that I spent $15 on this case and it’s horrible. There are rhinestones missing, it’s extremely tarnished and the coach is halfway coming off. There’s a flower attached that doesn’t even look like a flower. I immediately contacted customer service and hopefully I can get a replacement or refund.

Beautiful when it arrived. Used only on weekends and in the house and it started to fall apart after 2 months. The entire outer ring of gems has either fallen off or are hanging by end or looped precariously from the cover. The letter "D" fell off as well. So pretty, so disappointed. Only started using this since the beginning of March.

This phone case is super cute! I get tons of compliments on it! The package arrived and looks exactly like the picture. All of the jewels have stayed intact except for one large pink heart crystal from the center of the bow that popped off when being removed from my pocket. But it didn't affect the overall design and it's kind of expected when you get a case like this. I am very happy with the price and quality of this product.

I just got it and haven’t had it for more than 2 days. Gems already falling off, the dangle already came with the fabric ball off and super glue and hot glue doesn’t make it hold. Had to use plyers to put it back on and close the clip. I love it and think it’s so pretty but not worth the hassle
