Alfa Perry Silver Color Love Knot Cufflinks

I got these for free with another purchase. I use them when I travel as a spare pair they actually look nice. The texture on the knots give a nice look and I actually received a compliment on them. They really do not fit my collection per se, but they are a nice addition in that I always take them when I travel to have them around just in case.

When you open up the box the first feeling you get is dissatisfaction. I was ready for a nice defined cufflink with precision and definition but the actual product is not this way.I expected such because of the photo. When we see the photo we see definition, we see rope cuts down to every single individual knot. If that's why you like these, if that's why you are thinking of buying this cufflink, don't but it because that's not what you get.To best describe the product I have infront of me would be to say that it is a ribbon with lines attempting to divide the fat strand into the individual ropes we see. If you saw the product before the advertised picture you would not be able to guess that this knot was supposed to represent individualistic ropes coming together as a knot, you would assume it was a ribbon.Yes it's cheap but this is not even worth that because I would not want to wear something like this to any event.

I suppose I shouldn't be surprised considering the price, however, I was pretty disappointed in the quality of these cufflinks. In my opinion, they look much nicer in the photo than they actually are.

Nice cufflinks. A little larger/bulkier than I expected and the detail is not as precise as the photo shows, but still nice for the price.

In the picture, the items look round, and very much like a monkey paw (a type of knot). The actual item was flat, and looked nothing like any knot this retired sailor has ever seen.

Simple, understated, elegant. These look great and go with any french cuff shirt. I'd highly rcommend these. A reat buy.
