Jury's still out
I like the idea of creating less waste, and cloth diaper my kids, so it dawned on me that I should go cloth as well.First, the shipping took a little over two weeks from when I placed the order. I contacted the company, and they were very nice, offering to send another package if mine didn't arrive in the next couple of days. Of course, it arrived the next day. Anyway, all that to say that it took a really long time.I like the color and fabric (just a simple black flannel). The flaps that snap together to hold the panty liner in seem pretty bulky to me. I can feel where the snap is in tight jeans, and it's a little uncomfortable. The length does seem long to me, as I think other reviewers have mentioned. Kind of bunches up.I've only been using these for about a month, so I'm still giving them time. I like the breathability, and it's nice to just toss them in the wash with other clothes.I'm not currently menstruating (nursing an infant); so I haven't used them for that yet. Seems TMI, but hey - that's what this product is for, right?

Snaps defective
+plus: All black, organic. These seem to be the only all black, organic pads. Organic for the body and the environment. Black for not showing stains.-minus: These arrive snapped. When unsnapping, the snap pulled apart and became useless. All 3 pads, the snap broke apart with first unsnapping. I hope the company replaces the defective bunch of snaps, and will test snaps before using them. I'd like to order these again, since I want all black, organic pads and these are the only choice. I notice that all companies seem to use snaps. I wonder if Velcro would work. It wouldn't take much, and I don't think a thin Velcro strip would be bulky.

I like the material and absorbancy, but not the fit.
These are very soft - love the organic cotton! They also absorb well as a panty liner for very light days or discharge. I wash them with my sons cloth diapers, and they turn out nice and clean. The black color has really started to fade after just a month, but that is probably due to the fact that I wash them in hot water. I can live with color fade - who really sees it but me! What I do not particularly like about them is the method of securement (the side wings with a metal snap). The pads slide all over the place up and down the length of the crotch of the underwear, and can get all bunched up (not very comfortable!).

Works as expected
These are made of a nice, high-quality flannel with nice snaps, and seem quite well-made. I also really like that they don't show stains, like lighter colors. My only complaint is that they're a little big for panty-liners (they're MUCH longer than Glad Rags), and the loop that goes around the crotch of one's panties is a little bit long for my underwear, so they can slide around a little. I might end up altering them to suit my needs, though, because I do like them.I initially received the wrong item when I first placed my order, and customer service was somewhat hard to get a response from. When I complained, customer service did bend over backwards to try to make it right for me though.

Good eco option but needs improvement
Love the concept of this but one of the snaps broke on one and they aren’t the most comfortable since they move around easily.

Slides Around
Doesn't sound like others have had this issue, but these things slide all around in my underwear. The snap loop is too big, which makes them not want to stay in place. It's a pretty annoying problem. I may try to find a way to modify them to make them work better. It also would be nice if they had a bit more of a wing on the sides for leakage.

Worth It
Very comfy and relatively low maintenance. As other reviewers said, they do shrink after washing, but are still perfectly functional. The clasp/band is rather thick, so avoid wearing these with scandalous string underwear and skintight pants (and avoid Marilyn Monroe moments, if at all possible!!). Also, during vigorous exercise, I found that the liner can actually flip around. I now keep organic cotton panty-liners as back-up for the most active days. Overall though, these get 4 stars, for being the healthiest and most comfortable product to ever line my panties!

Love them! Wish I'd started using them sooner!
I really enjoy these pads. I have some other reusable panty liners I also use but I kind of prefer these. I love the black fabric and they are thinner than the others I use. My only problem, with both sets of reusable pads I use, is keeping them in place. I'm used to the sticky pads that stay in place. Reusable pads shift on me and I haven't figured out how to keep them in place for coverage.
