I was dubious at first sight about the bracket's ability to hold the phone securely. I rode a little over 1 mile, about 5 minutes, on paved roads before the phone popped out. I was fortunate: my phone bounced once on the road and then to the right & into the grass. The corner pocket grips are too small & shallow and the retaining springs much too weak for this device to be of any use. It's a shame. Mounting it to the bike is quick and secure. Thankfully it was just as quick to take it back off for returning! Thank goodness for the return policy!

I had high hopes for this cell phone bike mount but was very disappointed: I have a very slim phone case and it is too thick for the 4 corner mounts. The only way the bike mount is usable is if I remove the cell phone case - not something I want to do. The second issue is also the corner mounts: they are not deep enough. The corner mounts do not cover enough of the cell phone.So, the issue is the corner mounts: 1) they are not high enough and 2) they are not deep enough.Their advertisement should state that you will (probably) not be able to use a case with this mount.

This is a well engineered unit that is easy to mount and holds in place strongly. The phone attachment holds the phone in place over bumps yet allows easy removal when needed. It is adjustable for many size phones and just does it's job well. I have no complaints and recommend it.

I got this for my 2 bike riders. The install was quick and easy. The disappointment came when they tried to put their Iphone 7 and Iphone 10 in and since they have pop sockets they don't' fight right. You can put the phone in backward and it will fit but then you lose the ability to see the screen if you need it for some reason while riding. Without the pop socket it works great.

I use it on a bike where I go across some dirt/rocky areas. It keeps the phone where you want it and is adjustable to any size phone.

The latch that secures it to the handlebar has an opening that wears out overtime so the holder does not stay on place. Attempts to tighten it, make the latch snap out of place. Terrible design. A few months after I pitched this piece of junk for two bikes went into the trash.
