Anfan Boxing Punching Ball

I like this thing. I still use it. Me and my brother like to box and we're slowly upgrading our little backyard until a gym. This was my first addition to it. I've never gotten anything like this before. He's bigger than me and hits harder than me. And I think in less than a month he ended up punching the reflex bag off the pole. I give this a 2/5 out of sturdiness. But it was only $75. More expensive ones might lasted longer. I've almost had this for 5 months now. And don't use it as much anymore since it's so delicate.Overall I'll give it a 3/5 stars for the price. I don't know why. But my brother said he thought I only paid like $30 for this. I don't know if he said that because he didn't wanna reimburse me fully. Or if it just looked and felt that cheap to him. Since the reflex bag flies off when hit too hard. It has become quite the safety hazard. I front kicked it too hard once and the bag flew off the pole then flew back at me almost hitting my face. The pole moves way quicker without the bag. And can injury your pretty badly if hit without the bag. But since my reflexes are fast, (no pun intended) I wasn't whacked in the face yet without the bag on the pole.If you do plan on getting this I wouldn't argue against it. It can be used in doors. Just clear up enough room. It can also be adjusted for different heights. I'm 5"4-5"5 and the highest height is around my height. And it doesn't make much noise either. I remember when I first started practicing my high round house kicks. And I ended up bone bruising both of my shins because I accidentally kicked the metal pole barely instead of the bag.It does have a cushion grip right below the bag. But mines slides down after using the bag for awhile.Overall, if you really care about longevity. Don't hit or kick the bag your hardest. I don't mind holding back. But sometimes I can't help it since it's broken already anyways. One last thing. I I believe the reflex pole use to be straight when it was brand new. But from all the hard hits. Within a month it stands tilted.

Works great! I get a great workout in with it.. the only problem I have with it the knob that holds it steady likes to back out a little since I don’t need to change the height I’ve added a little Loctite to it and it works great!

My son loves it. WS pretty easy to put together and seems very sturdy.

Fun. Quick cardio routine. But tell your hubby not to punch it too hard. Glad I purchased it.

The 2 screws metal part that holds the bag literally bent and cracked after barely a month of use.

Easy to put together great workout

My husband punched it once and it fell to its lowest and got stuck. Now its waist level and tall enough for my 6 year old. Still good to use but I wouldn't buy it again if it really broke
