Color:Blue Free yourself from the annoying and sometimes embarrassing side effect of sleep: SNORING! Why snoring? While sleeping, the muscles in our necks relax. Sometimes, they relax so much that the upper airway partially closes, narrowing the passageway in which air travels to our lungs. This narrowing of our airway causes a vibration in the throat when you breathe, which causes the sound of snoring. How Chin Strap Help To Stop Snoring? Quiet Panda Anti Snoring Chin Strap is clinically tested to help reducing snoring while letting users keep their natural sleeping positions. It prevents air flow leaking from your mouth by holding your chin in a stable position which encourages breathing through your nose. It supports the chin allowing the jaw to relax with the mouth closed or nearly closed. As long as there are no obstructions preventing breathing through the nose, snoring cannot easily occur. How to use? Step 1: Adjust the upper strap get that Velcro tightened, put it on head and adjust to make sure it keeps your chin up and close, adjust size to meet you comfortable position before wear . Step 2: Make the other strap behind your ear, tightened the Velcro when you adjust it in the best position. Step 3: Fasten the long strap. Chin support will keep a secure fit.

Overjoyed - havent snored since i used it.
I have sleep apnea and also have to use a chin strap to keep my mouth closed while on my CPAP. I have used many chin straps and all have left real bad lines on my face that would last for hours after removing it in the morning. The other problem I would have with some of them is that they would slide off my head while sleeping and wake me up so I would have to readjust it and that is just plain annoying. I decided to give this one a try and so far it has worked the best for me so far. This one easy pretty easy to adjust and it does stay one my head in place all night every night. The first night I noticed when I woke I did have some very slight lines on my face so the next night I slightly loosened the straps and now no problems at all. The chin strap seems to hold it adjustment well. I would recommend this to anyone that has had problems with strap marks and or the strap sliding of your head. Oh and it is pretty cheap to even with shipping.

Works for me
If you simply snore, you should try this chin strap. It could STOP your annoying snoring. If you use a CPAP machine, even if you use a full-face CPAP mask, you may be one of those (like me) whose mouth falls open after you get to sleep. Then, your mask leaks (annoyingly). You fret & fuss with it all night long and, yes, lose quality sleep because of it.If you use a nasal mask, it's still extremely likely you will "mouth-breathe". This mask may enable you to keep using your nasal mask.I've tried other chin straps - they didn't work for me until this one. You may be able to get this paid by insurance if your doctor writes a prescription for it but, IF you use a full-face mask, that's a pain-in-the neck route, fraught with bureaucratic challenges. This mask is worth it's cost just to avoid the hassle. I highly recommend it!

Sleeping better!
I had a problem with my mouth falling open while sleeping. This caused my mouth to get very dry, and sometimes my tongue also. By wearing the Chin Strap, it puts enough pressure on my chin to hold my mouth closed. I can still open my mouth if I need to. The Velcro on the ends of the strap allow the size to be adjusted to fit my head. Once set, I can put the Chin Strap on or take it off without having the reset the Velcro. After a week or two I wash the Chin Strap in the washing machine (at low temperature) and dry at low temperature. The Chin Strap eliminated my dry mouth problem and I am very satisfied!

I love it. My best night's sleep in years.
It had become apparent to me as a long time CPAP user that I needed a chin strap to keep my mouth closed. I purchased a cheap strap thru Amazon as a trial balloon. Found that the concept could work, but that the design of the strap was inadequate. So I looked for a better design, and found this one. It's actually engineered to keep the mouth closed, making use of a chin cradling design held in place by a designed angle approach. It works. It's comfortable, and I'm extremely satisfied.

this fixed my overbite in 2 hrs
I give it five stars, not because I love it, but because it does the work...I sport a beard and this thing still works for me, although it may slide off during the night.I also have a CPAP machine and the headgear just goes on top of this strap, no problem. It is a good quality product but like clothes, it will wear off after some time... my first one lasted at least 3 years... right: I wore it until the very end when the stitches were already coming off...Recommended: yes.

I am stunned
This product is very lightweight and well made. I use it along with my CPAP device and it has greatly improved my usage levels and overall score. Prior to, I was still having problem sleeping through the night as the increased air pressure would force my mouth open at night once your jaw muscles relax during sleep. This also kept my girlfriend awake. With the chin strap, now she doesn't even hear me breathing at night. Best $12.00 I ever spent.

For sleep apnea
This is the 4th chin strap I have tried. This has been the best one so far. I wish the area that goes over the chin was a little bigger so it felt more secure. It hasn't slid off my chin, but it feels like it could at any time. It's not as comfortable as the Ruby Chin Strap, but it does the job better. I use a nasal pillow mask with my C-PAP machine. It works well with this mask.

Five Stars
Tried a few other brands and this is the first one that stays in place throughout the night, even when going from on my back to side to stomach. The strap that goes around the back of the head makes all the difference.Put it through the washing machine in one of my wife's nylon mesh bags for delicates and after 6 months still in good shape.
