Super Slim Vibration Plate

Background: I'm a runner who has used the Power Plate in the gym (when its open, but closed due to Covid19) to help release pressure within my muscles. Its surprised me how effective this is. I could not stretch my left hamstring at all, even after a physio appointment. The Power plate released what ever the problem was and my running got back to normal.Reviber Super Slim Vibration Plate is not the same as Power Plate, but it is a good substitute for what I need.The Reviber has 99 speed settings and 5 alternating programs. The maximum time length is 30 minutes, which is probably about enough time. It also has elastic hand tools to work the upper body at the same time. I also use the plate to lie my leg muscles on top of the plate, allowing the vibrations to release any pressure. The remote control is easy to use and there are a poster and instruction booklet.The unit is well made and weighs 16kg. Overall it is a good model vibration plate for those needing a machine that is cost effective.

Brilliant machine. Heavy so leave somewhere where you don’t have to keep moving it.

I use it 5 times a week. I defy anyone not to smile when using this. Customer service has been outstanding

i bought this a few weeks ago,i must say i havent been on a lot because of work ,but going to get into gear and do it every day like what ive seen up to now and really good vibrations

Great machine that’s doesn’t need a lot of space. Small problem with power cable. It as purchased from Zen products who’ve been incredible to deal with, replacement machine sent to me immediately and the company arranged uplift. I would buy from them in the fiture

The cable sometimes does not connect with the machine unless you move it in and side to side. But is still works so far. Dont know how long it will work for.
