Gosh!! I have been trying to understand why people who have used this or products simiral to this kept saying in the comments their capsules did not work past the first use. I was very skeptical about the whole thing. the product cannot work perfectly the first time and then never work again. When mine got home it was amazing on the first time I used it and then I felt like it was not as good for any following times I tried it. And then i thought. Why is it that the flavor is weird after the first time? In my opinion the problem lies with the cleaning. You need in between the normal use of the capsules while being filled with cofee, to use the capsule empty so that it can be cleansed by the machine. You can tell this is the issue because after you have emptied a capsule from the coffee there is still some residue in the part of the capsule that you cannot clean. So what I do is that after I use the capsule I just put it in empty from cofee in the machine and it's being cleansed. The water running out from it will be a bit blurry in the beginning and then after some seconds will be clear and it will look transparent. I think this is the reason people have had problems. If you do not clean the capsule using the machine there is some residue that does not allow the coffee to go through the capsule without resistance. That's all I have to say about it. The taste is great and the impact on the environment is also great. I tried to be clear but I think I was not so if there are any questions I understand so am willing to answer.

Had misgivings after reading some reviews .... but went for it, as going through a fairly hefty number of pods in a day and lots of ground coffee in the cupboard. Glad I did as fits my Dolce Gusto machine perfectly and produces good coffee! Not nearly as fiddly as some suggest and easy to clean. I'm having another couple! 😊

So far, so good. The key to making a drink with this is to experiment. It seems to work best with a finer ground coffee. The pre ground bags from the shop make a weak brew. I use a grinder and beans. Even with a very fine grind, its very forgiving. Make sure the hole is lined up properly for your machine. You can look at a regular pod as you take out the carriage to make sure but its usually ^6 o'clock^. It will be hot after leaving for 2 minutes so leave it in the machine a bit longer. I also find there can be still a bit of pressure so open slowly to avoid a mess. Its very easy to use and clean and the silicone rubber top seems very durable. You have to work out which lid is best in your machine. I like this. I've had it for a short time now and its actually just about paid for itself. Now I start counting savings on expensive brand pods. It saves on loads of plastic as well. Ok, its a little bit extra faff to make a drink, but I don't mind because this is easily outweighed by the benefits of re using.

Both green lids are loose and doesn't vacuum the capsule. Waste of money. Also the coffee tastes rubbish.

I use this with my DeLonghi Jovia machine, and it's just what i was looking for. The convenience of pods (single serving), without all the plastic waste, and with the added bonus of being able to use whatever blend of coffee you prefer. Of the two green lids supplied, I am only using the flat one with the hole, not the one with the protuberance underneath, as I found that one leaked. The lids do not seal onto the capsule; the machine provides the seal when you close it. The coffee has a good crema, and tastes good. Clean up is simply rinsing the capsule under a hot tap. The only slight problem I found was that the lid would often get stuck on the needle of the machine when you tried to remove the pod after use, causing the draw to jam, and creating some mess. I determined this was due to the needle become hot, and sticking to the silicone. I now just put a shot of cold water through the pod at the end of the process, and the problem is resolved, with no detriment to the coffee produced. Highly recommend for use with the DeLonghi Jovia; I can't comment on how it performs with other machines, particularly if they do not have the facility to make cold beverages (to allow the cold shot at the end).

Good eco friendly capsule, but is a bit pricey, like similar versions. Be careful when fitting/aligning the hole or you can kill the holder's injection needle. £7-£15 to replace. Not worth buying the stainless steel tamper as you can use the bottom of the supplied plastic spoon.

The product itself is good, can't blame it. But it seems that after buying it and using for a week everyone in my household got fed up with filling it up and cleaning it after and stopped using coffee machine altogether.

Really like this product, v easy to use (using dolce gusto machine) makes lovely creamy coffee, just make sure when you’re putting it in the machine that it is lined up correctly so that you don’t damage the lid

Article conforme à la description. Le cafe est tres bon selon la mouture employée et mousseux. La seule vraie difficulté est de bien placer la capsule pour que le trou de l opercule corresponde au piston de la machine. Il faut tâtonner un peu.

Muy contenta con esta capsulas, me costó pillarle el punto pero ahora estoy encantada. Todo un acierto para no usar las de plástico reutilizables. Fácil de usar y mas aun de limpiar.
