This works well for it's intended use, but not for much else. The make of this lighter is tailored for cigarettes, rolled tobacco, etc, so don't expect this to be a lighter in the traditional sense. Other than that, this is great for any smokers as it does not rely on lighter fluid or butane. The lighter itself is extremely lightweight, almost, if not less than, lighter than traditional lighters. The ability to charge this to reuse it also makes it so you don't have to always have a lighter with fluid on hand to smoke. Nifty little item to say the least.

Small enough to fit almost anywhere, including a cigarette pack or your pocket. It's small, sleek, and easy to hold. Doesn't allow you to light it when the top cover is closed/shut. Works on cigarettes only. No cigars. Makes a great gift.

Its a good light just gets hot way to fast and stays hot for a while I would recommend putting it in your pocket unless it's cooled down.

Stopped working after 1 day of use. And wasn't much of a fan of it when it was working. Would take up to 10 seconds to get half a light on my cigarette and wouldn't fit into my packs like advertised.

IF I was rating by looks or coolness, I'd give it 5 stars. 2 major drawbacks - 1, no matter how often you use it, you'll never figure out how to open it right the 1st time every time, unless you just get lucky. If you study the front and back and make sure it is oriented right [using the company name on the front] then yes, maybe you can open it right every time. But who wants to go through all of that when they just want to light a ciggy ? Not me. Its quicker just to keep thumbing it, turning it and flipping it until you get it right, and this can take between 1 and 4 tries - Forget about using this while driving. 2nd, its not very good at its primary function, lighting cigarettes. Sometimes you have to stuff the smoke in, huff it and puff it, and generally keep it on the hot spot [which the smoke barely fits into] until you see signs of smoke, then huff some more until its finally lit. Once in a while it lights fairly quick, most often not, and forget about trying to light a smoke that has been snuffed out previously ,,, And get prepared to give a tutorial if you let someone use it to light their smoke. On the plus side, it is cool, slim and fits in pack, very light and charge seems to last a decent amount of time. Come to think of it, this would be a good lighter to use if you are trying to quit smoking, the frustration alone may drive you to stop.

I just got it so I can't answer in terms of durability, but so far so very good. It lights up immediately and cools down fast so putting in a pocket is not an issue. It makes a great gift!
