I was so excited about receiving this diffuser because I needed an a larger one. I didn't realize it had a crack on the inside and began using it. Then my husband told me water was leaking out underneath. I couldn't figure out why until he noticed the crack. He said the problem is that when the screw was put in underneath on that side they torqued it too tight and that caused the crack inside the plastic casing. So I'm very disappointed, because I didn't anticipate a problem with it and threw out all the packaging, and have have nothing to send it back with. I was just going to try and contact the seller but then noticed other customers are having the same issue. I think if you look at where the crack is you may find a screw on the bottom side just underneath. So if the manufacturer can speak to assembly, I believe it would resolve the issue and they would receive better reviews in that regard. The machine puts out a wonderful scent with the oils, and if it weren't for the crack I would be using it 24 hours a day. I love the machine over all and wish it didn't have the crack inside. If you order one and happen to get one with no crack in it, you will absolutely love it!

I bought two of these diffusers for a couple reasons. I had a similar one for years that finally stopped working but I loved it, and these diffusers are perfect, holds nearly a bottle full of water, and diffuses perfectly. I love the choice of using several lighted decorative colored rings on the hood, or using none at all. I also love the fact I can choose from one hour to 8 hours of continuous diffusing. I personally use distilled water so as to not have a build up of calcium, etc on the internal steam making equipment that will eventually keep any steam (cold or hot) making appliances. I have a humidifier that collects about a quart of water from the air. This is distilled water, I use that water in my diffuser. This is very reasonably priced, is sturdy and have a choice of colors. I chose the unobtrusive dark wood appearance. I love mine.

This product broke after using for only two weeks. There is a crack in the plastic, which allowed water to leak into the motherboard, and now I cannot return the item for replacement. Very cheaply made.

It does what it is supposed to but the lights are not great. It has a weird glow and I really wish the one that I had previously had had not broken after 6 years. I’d return this but am too lazy.
