Morning Matcha
I give 4 stars because I've only been using for 1 month. I mix approx. 1 tbsp with 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk. The taste is great. So many ways that you could jazz up this mix to your liking. I like to drink it before my breakfast so that my stomach has a full feeling. The one thing I can truly verify at this point, is that my gut is beginning to act normal again. I'm 57 years old and stools seem to become an issue at this age, at least that is my experience. My stools have firmed up, but not hard.
