Edit 2: May2021, 2 years later, they havent broken. I use them once a month to arrange files. The glides dont really do much since any folders with alot of papers tend to rest on the bottom of the box alleviating the weight from the glides (probably why they havent broken). The glides do not make it to the end of the box, so over the years I've been very annoyed with the front/last folder falling off the end of the glide. From the pictures and description of the product, it seems like they done squat the last 2 years with trying to improve the product.Edit: after a quick inquiry to the shipper, I was able to get another set of glides fairly quickly. They also stated they sent a message to the manufacturer to see if anything can be done about the weight / twist of the glides. The glides still work, i just think they will break sooner than expected. I'll update if they last awhile. Increased stars from 1 to 3.Product came with 3 long glides, and 5 short ones for 2 boxes instead of 4 and 4. Besides the missing glide, the glides do not handle weight well, so if you're planning on filing to fill up more than 1/3 of the box, be prepared for the glides to bend in from the weight of all the papers. I cant say how long it will last yet. Other than the main function of the box, the box looks fine and could be used to store balloons or something.

I really like these boxes. The rails that hold the hanging files is why I chose these boxes and they look really nice. I only gave it 4 stars because I think the price is pretty high even though there are two in a package. But these boxes have replaced a two drawer file cabinet that I had to get rid of due to moving and downsizing. I had my files in a bankers box but the hanging files wouldn't move and it was difficult to find what I was looking for. I found these and they are just what I needed. They hold a lot of files and the hanging files slide easily on the tracks. They take up a lot less room than a standing file cabinet and they are sturdy and attractive. The lids were difficult to put on at first but as I use them the lids are getting easier to put back on. I would buy these again if I need more file space.

I bought these boxes to store a couple of different projects that I'm working that includes files and books. I want to be able to keep these items portable yet neatly stored and packed. These boxes do the trick! I'm pleased that I can collapse them once I am finished for easy storage. Set up is too simple! Just drop the rigid bottom down into the cavity of the box looking for the long tab sewn in the corner so that you can easily remove the bottom when you want to without struggling. The metal guides fit easily on each side and the lid fits perfectly Everything has been considered in this design. When I need more of these, I would definitely repurchase! Excellent quality!

These boxes feel well-wel built and look good. They’re easy to assemble and hold both letter and legal file folder with no problems at all.With that said, the rails are just a tiny bit short to where file folders can fall of of it (see pic). Also, the lid is too snug and is sometimes difficult to remove to the point where I feel like it may start to snag fabric over time. Neither issue is a deal breaker, but can become annoying if you frequently need to open the box.

The only reason why I did not get 5 stars is because the hanging brackets tend to fall until the file box is past a quarter full but the box itself is extraordinary sturdy, it's suprisingly very strong you can stack them on each other at full capacity, the quality of the material holds up well. It's worth it.

I read a lot of reviews about similar products and this was the product that I felt best about and I’m super glad that I went with this product. Putting it together was extremely easy and the metal hangers that come with the box are perfect. I saw lots of other boxes that didn’t come with the metal hanger and can’t picture someone buying a storage box that didn’t come with hangers. I’ve set up one box full of folders and it is very sturdy. I would highly recommend this product to anyone else looking for a cheap, trendy, storage box.

I agree with other reviewers that these file boxes are incredibly attractive, however the "rails" along the edges don't match up perfectly, so the folder in the front and the back tends to fall down. If you're needing a file box that you will access daily, I would pick another one. However, if you are like me and only get in there a few times a year, these are fine and look great in plain sight.

These boxes were exactly what I was looking for! They are easy to assemble, are a great size, and are actually quite a bit sturdier than I thought they would be. The only thing I will say is to be careful with the metal slider pieces. I had a lot of papers in my folders and kind of leaned on one the wrong way and the part that connects snapped off a little, but it still works perfectly fine (it honestly probably only happened because I put soooo many files in the box),. Definitely recommend getting these! they're a great and relatively inexpensive solution for messy unorganized files!
